冰天雪地的世界，過來出差遇上鵝毛大雪，
環境：乾淨整潔，Hampton都差不多，床很舒服，牙刷是不配的，需要問服務員拿。早餐是典型的西式早餐，簡單方便

My husband and I were driving home from Cleveland and hit a snowstorm. It wasn’t safe to drive so we got off the highway in Solon. The staff was very accommodating, allowed us to check in early, and provided us with water and cookies. Miechelle was so wonderful to work with!! Room was cleaned freshly!!

I made my booking through *******. Within 5 minutes of making the booking I realized I had forgotten to change the default dates on the online ******* app. I called ******* first and the hotel right away and they both refused to help me. I understand my rate didn't allow changes but this was an honest mistake and they refused to help. I lost $300 . So not happy with ******* and the hotel.

We loved this hotel! Michelle, at the front desk, was great and very helpful. She was always smiling and even sent text messages making sure we had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were clean which is a must for me. The bed was comfortable too. The free breakfast was great with a lot of selections and the free coffee with many flavors was available all day. If I had to find one complaint, they didn’t have a jacuzzi in the pool area. Overall, you can’t go wrong staying at this hotel and i will definitely stay there again.

Not only is this place clean, cozy, and in a safe location, every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I stayed here two years ago and had the same awesome experience. Great to see consistency in how they handle their facility AND train their staff. I will absolutely be going back here!

Night check-in guy was awesome. Very friendly and affable. Room was clean, overall quiet. Could hear ppl at the ice machine halfway down...
Shower is terrific!
Hampton Inn has the Waffle iron... so fresh waffles, otherwise the breakfast is just OK. Notbad coffee, could be more potent. I'd stay there again, absolutely.

I was not greeted by anyone. The coffee was awful - not fresh, cold, and in short supply. Paper thin walls. You can hear the alarm clocks from other rooms go off. The cleaning staff started before 07:00. The staff won’t even get out of the way when I tried to leave the elevator.

My j tips time to stay here, the location is good for the office and had a decent Mexican resto and a steakhouse.
Breakfast was good and varied
Only downside was WiFi kept disconnecting

Dale & Michelle was great!!!
Bathroom could have been better & counter was not cleaned. The sheets barely fit the bed and pillows were too soft; like nothing.
