Nous avons eu des puces de lit... Nous luttons depuis ce temps pour obtenir le remboursement de notre location car nous ne sommes pas restés. C'est purement une violation des droits contractuels. Si vous voulez aller à Chamonix, vous avez raison c'est une ville superbe mais pour votre location, oubliez la résidence du Brevent.

Qualité du lit et de la literie nulle, aucun service, pas du tout à l'écoute, aucune sympathie... et pour couronner le tout, nous sommes revenus avec des puces de lit. Cet établissement est une honte et mériterai d'être fermé ! La ville de Chamonix est magnifique et à voir absolument, mais ne devrait pas permettre à ce type d'établissement d'exister.
