錢德勒時裝中心源宿酒店(Element Chandler Fashion Center)

Si vous n'avez pas le sommeil lourd, évitez cet hôtel : c'est visiblement un ancien hôtel rénové et comme souvent ancien = mal insonorisé. Quand le voisin du dessus marche, on a l'impression d'avoir king-kong au dessus et on est réveillé en sursaut !

While this property looks nice, it was no better than your Holiday Inn. Lots and lots of disposables, while they are claiming to "helping to conserve the planet". The actual dishes that were around all had food residue left behind. While the hotel is pet friendly, and something I needed, the fee of $75 is definitely up there. I am not sure what that fee provides. I doubt it means extra cleaning to the room.

Good bed, free breakfast, gym, pool, clean room were all a plus. TV didn't have the fox broadcast of playoff football game was a minus.

Was a used bloody pad in the bathroom, which indicates the room was never cleaned. The box behind the TV was not on so we had to unravel it and plug it into the wall so we could watch TV.

This property was so clean! It was also right across from the mall... walking distance. I will be back!

I love how clean it is and it is right across the street from the fashion center.

The hotel did not have hot water, so the morning shower was extremely unpleasant. The outside temperature was in the low 40’s, so this to me shoikd never be an issue.

The mattress on the sofa bed was stained and we didnt really feel comfortable using it. Our room was cleaned only once in our 4 night stay. I understood there would be no cleaning on Thankgiving day but the room was not cleaned the day after either even though we were out all day...The quality of the breakfast has also gone down in the last few years (we stay here every thanksgiving) I think its time to look for a new place next year.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel always smells fresh and clean. Rooms were great and ours had a little kitchen with a dishwasher. Bathrooms were clean and big. Only downside to our stay was the people who stayed directly above us we’re continually stomping all over the floor.
