General lack of customer service, inconsistent communication between the restaurant staff and hotel. We booked for Easter weekend and were not informed of brunch, when we found out about it and enquired we were told that it was fully committed. Upon check in I asked if we would be able to have brunch as hotel guests and was told to go talk to the restaurant. The restaurant gave us a vague answer that they would try to accommodate us. We came at 10am and asked for a table, they had no issue seating us and the restaurant was mostly empty until we left. Didn’t provide water or housekeeping services without being asked. Lack of amenities on property.
