挺新的，這個出乎意料，因為新，所以設施和衞生都不錯，房間也很寬敞。位置環境的話，除了離機場近，其他一無是處，服務業也談不上

I will not rent this hotel or this location in Charlotte North Carolina again smh the coffee maker had mold in the water area thank goddess I seen it, I try to call the front office and it wasn’t a phone line connected to the phone I left the phone up and no cord so I call with my cell phone to get assistance. It not a experience I want to face again sorry. Not trying to make this hotel look bad it really does look how I’m telling it.

No coffee in the room. Had a bad smell. Noise all night. No extra toothbrushes available. The shuttle was a long wait in comparison to other hotels.

Good overall, but shuttle service from airport was scheduled rigidly and slow. There was also a super loud washing machine (almost jackhammer) noise that started at 11am, so beware if you're trying to sleep longer than that.

I stayed here one night to catch a flight at the Charlotte airport. It was convenient for parking while out of town. However, staying there one night I did get bit by bedbugs. I let the front staff at the office know and they did nothing about it. They did not look up the room number or anything to make sure it was taken care of. Be aware they could be in other rooms!

Incompetent staff. No one knew what they were doing. They double charged me. Shower doors wouldn’t stay shut. Shower handle completely broken.
