My Husband and I had a great stay. The beds are hard but comfortable for us. The room was very clean and the staff are very friendly. Nice place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

You get what you pay for it is not in the best area and they do not rent to local so if you are from Charlotte, you cannot stay here breakfasts decent better than a few places I’ve been around here

Hotel is in a good location, not far by light rail to uptown. Call ahead of time for a shuttle. Rooms are okay, but spacious. Breakfast is decent, similar quality to slightly more expensive motels. Front desk is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

We stayed in a king room, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the room is a good size.
The area appeared like it might not have been safe and there were a few sirens throughout the nights however we didn’t experience any trouble.
Breakfast was standard.
This hotel is quiet the distance from downtown Charlotte.
Overall the hotel is fair, I expected better from a Best Western.

Wonderful stay at the best Western Sterling. The room is nice and clean. Staff were excellent. We didn’t come in until late after the Elton John concert and the Lady at the desk opened up the snack room because we were hungry. They were really nice. I would recommend this place it wasn’t bad pricewise total $101 including all taxes

it’s old but it’s clean. the two staff members I interacted with were friendly. my room didn’t have a TV remote but I was only needing a room to sleep and shower so I said “whatever” and used the TV buttons. I stayed here for less than 12 hours so it really didn’t bother me. the breakfast area was quite so that was nice. 4/5 could use a little updating
