17th wedding anniversary. We had stayed here the night we were married. I called ahead and let them know we were celebrating and it was disappointing from there. The indoor pool was closed, the outdoor pool closed at 8. Part of the lot is under construction. We asked the front desk for one thing and then those that they directed us to would tell us something completely different. They didn't seem like they had time for us and actually referred us to go look at the website if we needed more information. Really disappointing.

Deteriorated facilities and terrible management. The jacuzzi was lukewarm to the point that there were families with babies in diaper using the jacuzzi. Also de jets didn't work properly. The indoor pool was too cold, almost unstable, thus why all the families were cramped in the jacuzzi. The resistance pools weren't working. The sauna had trash inside which we saw our entire stay. Wait for breakfast at the restaurant was 45 mins to an hour. The coffee station was always lacking cups or something. The manager, Mara, was rude, no point on trying to explain anything to her. Couldn't use spa because it's booked for weeks. Housekeeping only came after we called multiple times. Tons of construction outside. Won't recommend this place.

We were really disappointed with the whole experience. For the amount of money we spent and a “spa and golf” hotel no where did it say on the website or when we checked in or before that the golf course doesn’t exist AND that everyday including weekends we would hear loud construction trucks from the huge park being build where the golf course is at the hotel. Good thing we didn’t book one of the cottages as they were literally bulldozed up to the front door and not private or beautiful. At the pool it was extremely bad you were covered in dust AND jackhammer like trucks going non stop. If that wasn’t ideal, there were no chairs for anyone and if that were bad enough we were told since it was busy there was a three hour time limit in a chair. Oh but even though there weren’t any chair if we wanted we could spend $500 for a beach chair under a half cabana. Rather than give to guest who had paid to stay already we just had to stand around. There is limited food and bar. No real breakfast option except fancy dining. The only good thing about the pool was the amazing Alan who was hustling helping guests while the poor guy was sweating his face off. He was helping everyone and even when it rained like crazy, ran around helping get guests stuff and helping people inside. Room was nice and bed was soft.

Under Construction, hard to access outdoor pool. Charged for drinks never purchased to room . Still waiting for response from hotel still no contact.

This was the perfect place to come in celebration of my husband’s 40th birthday! The staff is great and the a**osphere is so welcoming!

Great room and comfortable bed! Loved our view of the lake too! Breakfast was great! Can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing stay-cation! Great staff, great service. We were treated so well and had an amazing stay-cation. Food is AMAZING! Enjoyed some drinks at the bar. The jacuzzi and pool were great to wind down. The room was so comfy and relaxing. Will 100% return!

Beautiful grounds, staff was exceptional! Unable to enjoy all the amenities due to short length of stay however seemed to be enjoyable.
