Hyatt Centric Charlotte/Southpark

Clean and comfortable, would book it again.

Nice hotel, great area. Mall and plenty food options right by it. About a 20 min drive to Bank of America stadium if you’re here for an event. Ming was great at check in. Young lady who work valet in the evenings could use some more customer service training though. Never greeted us and was more into her phone. Seems as if she was upset she was being bothered

My daughter was charged 3 times for her room. The gentleman that did it said he was sorry and the staff working the next morning would figure it out . Meanwhile her credit available on her credit card she used brought her balance down significantly which now has put a halt on her Chris**as shopping that we are here to do today.

We used the Hyatt Centric for our out of town guest speakers for our church conference. They all loved their stay. Each time I spoke with the front desk (whether in person or by phone) it was professional and all questions answered. We will definitely use them again.

We did not have any servicing of the room. We had no tissue,glasses,coffee pods. The pillows were not comfortable. The comforter was very heavy and not comfprtable. There was an extremely small "closet-cubby" not large enough to hang two peoples clothes in.

Everything was great and it was in a fantastic location with plenty of dining options. Also it is near shopping and other retail stores. I would definitely stay here again

Very pristine and in a wonderful area. This eas my first time at this hotel while staying in Charlotte and I will return.

Food and drink options for late arrivals was limited. The “shop” was not obvious hidden around a corner away from normal pathways. And the was nothing in the room or on the floor map on the door that indicated where to purchase a quick snack or drink.

Room was nice, but did miss having a writing desk. When traveling for business, it is nice to have a desk in the room.
