Very nice room. 4 normal pillows on beds, seems to be harder to find places that offer a decent/normal pillow. The room was fairly clean, a rag was left behind by the cleaner who must have forgotten to check prior to leaving.

My surroundings was comfortable with nice lighting outside. My bed was comfortable as well and the room temperature was easy to set. Our carpet had 2 white clorox stains that was anoying to see, but was clean. I would stay here again if visiting.

It's an older building, but it's been well renovated. It is near the highway, but there's a large shopping center right there where you can eat, shop, etc. Desk staff was very pleasant, check-in was fast, and the room was clean.

The room was in poor condition and dirty. Upon arrival, the sink was dirty as well as tub/shower. If that wasn't bad enough, the hotel staff left soiled towels from another room outside our door. When we called to have them removed, they remained there until our checkout the following day. I also attempted to conduct a meeting in the designated working area, but it's located right by the check-in desk with constant traffic to and from the hotel, making it unsuitable as a workspace. Additionally, this hotel is situated right next to a major road, resulting in noise from traffic throughout most of the night due to its thin walls. In addition to hearing our neighbors, the fan/AC unit is incredibly loud and cycles on and off all night based on the temperature setting, causing disruptions. The only positive aspect of our stay was the availability of lemon water at the front desk. I have no intention of staying here again; it's the kind of place where you would check twice to ensure there are no bed bugs.

I like the hotel itself and staff a lot. What I didn't like is that ******* and Holiday Inn had a lack of communication, and the hotel got overbooked. So the very nice woman at the front desk found us a 2 queen bed room like we asked, but she had to take it from another person who booked the same but had not yet shown up. So I am sure the next customer was not happy. There needs to be better communication between he companies so that the hotel does not get overbooked.

When I arrived after driving 12 hours to get to Va they were overbooked and cancelled my reservation and when I spoke with the assistant manager she told me it was my problem and I could go ahead and report her to corporate but IHG customer service took care of me and within 10 minutes did what that asst manager did not they found me alternate accommodations

Attractive property and nice room. Not recommended for someone needing dependable WiFi or a light sleeper due to interstate noise. It’s very loud even with the fan turned on high.

Waiting around with other guests for the one working elevator for a hotel of this size was terrible. Does the Holiday Inn always lock the pool area at 9:00 pm?

Desk service was excellent. Rooms was clean. Only issue was it took all night to cool the room and it had a stale/dank smell.

Great location, clean room, but room had an odor. Smelled like old musty smoke. Maybe carpet needed to be replaced…
