I wouldn't know how the rooms were because I had a family emergency and ended up in the emergency room all night. I'm familiar with hotel refund policies generally, but I feel like the equivalent of "too bad" when I was finally able to call late that evening and explain the reason was in somewhat poor taste, and honestly crap customer service. I almost always stay at Red Roof when I travel, but I guess if this is "customer loyalty", I'll have to go shopping for another hotel chain.
