愛德華王子萬豪德爾塔酒店的評論

作為Marriot旗下的酒店，以這個標準看感覺一般吧，其實是一個會議中心的附屬酒店。不過還是挺乾淨的，離海邊很近，可以四處走走。

房間很好 一如既往的支持萬豪

超棒！乾淨！周圍海鮮餐廳多！停車在地下車庫，還算方便！

地理位置好，靠近海邊，風景優美

Was a very nice and quiet spot, very close to the waterfront!

It was like staying at a third world resort. Most of the front desk staff and bar staff had English as a second language Cable TV stopped showing Fox news but nothing was done to remedy the situaiton - probably because the staff did not understand simple English. I expect language issues when travelling overseas but not in Canada or the US Parking was difficult because the "system" was inoperative - this just added to the loack of response from the staff. Room was comfortable - maid service was good but this is not up to Marriott standards for staff that can communicate

I did not like that our room was not ready until 3pm. It only came avail when I complained and said it was ridiculous that we had to wait 30 min after the hotel check in time. They offered to give us avdouble bed room but the reception clerk did not say if we would get avrebate from our our original king room. Finally we had another reception clerk and was more helpfull. Very limited supper choice at their restaurant

It is a relative new hotel the with very clean room, yet the facility, I mean, swimming pool (slippery inside and with puddles around) and hot tub (cannot be adjusted for vibration volume) in the below average range. The staff seemed to be not very experienced and often answered questions with stone faces and didn’t seem to fully understand the questions. The worse of all was that when I made the booking, it showed breakfast was included, but when I checked in, I was told I didn’t book a room with breakfast included. The staff told me when I made the booking, I should have included breakfast while booking the room. I told them it was really not my fault because the main booking page showed breakfast was included and when I selected a room type, there was no option with breakfast, so I assumed breakfast was included. The only bad side on me was because I should have checked the confirmation before I took off. The funny thing was after I complained and I went to the website again, instead of showing breakfast included, now breakfast available. Another problem was the door wasn’t designed to be closed tight enough, so we could hear very clearly people talking in the hallway and the light in the hallway went through the door, which made the room looked like wall lights on. Consider how much paid for a luxury hotel in the downtown area, I don’t feel I got what I paid for.

The hotel was really convenient and the staff was super friendly. The cleaning staff missed our room once in the week we stayed and only half did it another day. They also kept taking our housecoats which was strange. But that could have been a short staff issue. Other than that, things were great.

Tub looks dirty, ring around it but I'm told it needs painted as they came up immediately but it doesn't clean LOVED the surprise cheesecake for my birthday.

Great location , surrounded by good restaurants .Excellent staff . Only downside was the loud sound made by the fridge in the room that kept us awake but overall enjoyed the hotel. The restaurant on site was really good too.

A very convenient location. we received an upgrade and free parking - such a surprise and really enhanced our stay. staff were pleasant and very helpful. only issue was inability to connect to WiFi in our room - staff had to access for us with the staff password. the room was lovely and such a comfy bed!!

We waiting 3 hours for our room, unacceptable for the price

Toilet plugged on arrival. Pull out couch bedding not clean Did not get the room we booked. Will not be returning.
