I booked through a 3rd party and chose the “pay at property” option, then I get a call 5 hours before I’m supposed to check in saying my card did not work. The woman on the phone was rude, and talking over me, and threatening to not save my room, even though I had a reservation. Why would they try to run my card before I was even there ready to check in? Why have a “pay at property” option if they’re going to run the card before you’re on the property?
Then, at 9AM I got several knocks at my door (we tried to ignore the first two knocks) saying check out is at noon… I don’t understand why I needed to be informed of this when I was told what time check out was at time of check in. If they wanted a reminder, they should have just called the room.
I also wasn’t asked how my stay was at time of check out. $325 for an awful stay, will not be returning, and will not be recommending to anyone I know. 0/10.
