查茨沃斯Residence Inn酒店(Residence Inn Chatsworth)

While there is a lot to recommend this new hotel, not everything is fully worked out. On the positive side, service by nearly all the staff was excellent. Being new, it has a modern fresh feel to it. Rooms are good size and well laid out Very important in LA, parking is free. It is in a residential area, very close to shopping and Porter Ranch. Housekeeping not yet been figured out. Even though it was just opened, they've reverted to the COVID habit of not making up rooms during the stay. With Marriott status, they may make up the room. During our stay, they made up the room twice and missed the third time. Also, a pile of dirty towels and a bag of trash was left in the hallway for more than 36 hours. Even after it was reported to the front desk on the first day. Notwithstanding, this hotel is still recommended.

Had a recent wonderful staycation at the brand new Residence Inn in Chatsworth. Family friendly. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Close to Northridge shopping mall with restaurants, Dave and Buster's and movie theatre.

We loved the breakfast and it changed throughout our stay. Also, the hotel is brand new so the facility is clean and it is right by Starbucks, Popeyes, and other stores.

I booked a hotel for 5/13 only to show up the day of and the hotel is still under construction. I called customer service and they were unhelpful and blamed the situation on me. They aren't even open yet, you shouldn't be able to book a reservation.

The place was pretty great, except the fire alarm went off at 6:00 am one morning.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms and nice bedding. Free breakfast.

Easy to access, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms

Disappointed the walls in the bathroom was dirty. There was trash on the floor in the bedroom. Not enough space in the bathroom, need to put some shelves or something so you can lay things down around the sink area. The gym you needed a password to watch any TV of any kind while on the machines. Breakfast needs to be at least an hour longer. Although the staff was very nice
