We love all Boston’s areas . This hotel very nice and clean, very nice breakfast. Great location. We always staying in this place, my kids have 3-4 competitions in a year there. Highly recommended

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included in stay and has a nice selection of fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bagels and coffee was very good. I loved the Dove shampoo/conditioner in shower and small Dove soap bar at sink. Keurig machine in room did not work. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location with many options regarding food, traveling, and pricing. The only small tidbit I dislike is generally around 6AM-12PM. I would hear a loud thud / noise that sounds like someone is ****ing/shaking hangers/cabinents, and/or dropping them hard, it could be elevator or some ice machine on 1st lobby since I asked but didn't get a precise answer. I did asked front attendant if they have any idea what could cause this noise could be since it was disturbing at times especially when you don't expect to hear this kind of noise in a quiet area @ 6-8AM in the morning but information wasn't given other than apologies. Not a big deal but for reference I was on 2nd floor where ground lobby is 1st floor and on outside inspection my location or room seems to be right on top of a closed off room from outside of building that could be generators or the back end that controls the elevators/machines in building.

The Shea's lounge in our room had at least a 16-in stain on it not very appealing they gave us a cover to cover. Would have been nice if they removed before we got here also breakfast was great would have been better with real plates and real silverware but it was good

They started construction on my second day staying here. They don’t offer complimentary breakfast. I was not told I could have my parking validated and ended up paying for parking my first night. A basic breakfast sandwich & a coffee was easily $10. The room was nice, other than that, I’ve had better experiences in other hotels.

Hotel is right on the highway, very loud for sleeping. Biggest issue was the night desk run by teenagers, eating chips, 2 kids talking on their phones when you approach, totally unprofessional for the holiday in brand. Same result, different people each of two nights. Bad look for the brand and I'm from Chelmsford, too townie.

Check-in staff was friendly and allowed for early check-in. Room was clean and generally functional. Safe did not work. Would have been nice to offer bottled water for coffee maker. Location is fabulous. Short distance to a variety of good restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Many within walking distance.
