Very nice place and the customer was very helpful, everyone was good

Si quieres que limpien la habitación debes solicitarlo cada dia en recepción. El primer dia no nos avisaron y el segundo dia que lo solicitamos no lo hicieron. En cuatro noches solo limpiaron una vez y poco. La climatización hace mucho ruido, y también se oye muchísmo las habitaciones superiores. En recepción no te ayudan a conseguir un taxi. Tienen un telefono al lado de la recepción solo para que realices esta gestión, pero has de hacerlo tú directamente, por lo que si tienes alguna dificultad con el idioma resulta complicado.

Very comfortable as you would expect from a Premier Inn, but the service in the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent. I would particularly like to single out Richard, the manager, and Nic who served me dinner. It is so often easy to assume the frequent business traveller is not bothered about good service. That wasn’t the case here, thanks very much.

Stayed here for one night. First room the heating wasn't working correctly so we were moved to a nearby room with the minimum of fuss. Good attentive staff. The following morning we had a lovely buffet breakfast. Well done to Richard and his staff.

Great hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff. A note to the room cleaning staff, they should be more careful in the room checks. In our room the bubble bath bottles were empty. Another downside is the virtually non-existent Wi-Fi unless you pay for the upgrade

Impossible to get anyone to answer any queries before the trip - no one would answer the phones despite calling every day for a week before the trip at different times. No one answered my email for days. No fridge in the room. The shower curtain was crusty and hard. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling.

The last 2 weeks we have booked with a 14:00 checking. Every time we get charged 10 pounds extra for an early check-in, even after we spoke to the head office and customer support we had no help whatsoever. The staff are rude and are not helping at all. Only excuse "ah yeah that changed not it's 15:00 checking bit 14:00 no idea why it says in your email 14:00" Terrible customer service

Great hotel with amazing staff and a manager that cares about his hotel. Nothing is too much for Richard the manager and his team. We had 2 nights here and felt completely a home. Will definately go back. Thank you.

Room was lovely and clean. Plug sockets & usb chargers on both sides of the bed would have been nice. Good location, near the train station and the city centre. Was near the main road whoever you couldn’t heard any of the traffic.
