查爾頓漢姆鎮中心高級旅館(Premier Inn Cheltenham Town Centre)

The rooms do not match the photos that are advertised here. It's much smaller, and facilities such as fridge do not exist. More so, the room we were checked into the first time had dirty bedsheets. There were strands of hair on the linen and stains on bath towels. We asked reception for a room change, which they accommodated, but the second room had hair on the sheets as well. At this point we were too fed up to move out again so we dealt with it. All in all, had a bad experience with Premier and won't be staying with them again.

Hotel is ok, but reception weirdly placed on second floor. No parking for disabled users close by and quite a few drunk people hanging around outside. Lady who checked us in was lovely b it there is no way of contacting reception from your room so when I needed a nice cup of tea after getting in my pjs and getting the little one off to sleep was unable to get my kettle changed as it was rusty on the inside! Not a big deal but when u finally have the moment for a hot drink and a biscuit after a very long drive and baby is finally asleep - not very happy to take child in lift back down to reception to report 😩 little things make the experience and that and a few things like no parking nearby for blue badge holders along with needing to walk from the NCP car park was just not my idea of an easy stay so won’t be using it with the little one again.

I stay here a few times a month for work and will continue to return for one reason - the premier team on site are amazing and always go the extra mile to make the stay feel like home from home. Big shout out to Lainey, Justine, Heni, Matthew and the whole team, keep up the good work you really make a difference.

Our family stay was comfortable and easy at the Premier Inn Cheltenham. Staff were so friendly. I loved that they let us drop bags off early. Continental breakfast was great. Many options, good quality.

All hotels are generally the same, but what makes this hotel stand out is the staff, they are so friendly and always happy to help. We booked as we had a day at the Air Tattoo on Saturday, it was a little further than we wanted but I'm actually glad we booked in here. We were a little early on our check in on Friday by 20 minutes, we didn't think paying the £10 early check in was worth it given that it was only 20 minutes so we was told we were welcome to sit in the bar area which was much appreciated as the weather outside was terrible. Hotel was clean, comfortable, good location for multiple reasons of staying. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes in minutes walking distance. We didnt have breakfast the first morning but breakfast Sunday morning was good, Eggs cooked how we liked them, Poached - big thumbs up from us, they were very nice. Thank you. We parked the car in the car park (GL50 3HQ) that was very close to hotel, which is free from 8pm - 8am being in the town centre that's brilliant. Thanks for a great stay. Hopefully the weather for next year will be better.

I have stayed at many premier inn hotels this year but this was the first to offer complimentary tea/coffee on arrival. We were about 20 minutes early and didn't want to pay the £10 supplement but the free drinks were a very pleasant surprise. We had my elderly dad with us and it was lovely to know he was being looked after from the word go. We ate breakfast each day and food was delicious. The restaurant was closed in the evening but staff were very kind and helpful. There are plenty of nearby places for an evening meal but not really suitable for Dad as too loud and "trendy" A small issue during our stay was quickly and satisfactorily resolved and we all were sad to leave. There is no drop off point at this hotel and a very conscientious traffic warden but he did allow us 5 minutes this morning so be careful if you are being picked up to be ready and waiting.

Stayed here for one night, which cost quite a lot. Check in was great and speedy but no info on check out, breakfast time. When I went down for breakfast they were closing up. Food had been left out for a while as egg was hard and chewy, mushrooms were hard and beans were over done and juice dried up. When I arrived at 6/7pm for check in the restaurant was closed which was disappointing. Room was okay, carpets were coming up at the edge, the plastic on the bedside tables was peeling away and rolling up at the edges. Could hear a lot of banging around upstairs which was annoying. Paid £5 extra for premium WiFi which didn’t work. As it was a self check in desk, there was no staff around to resolve this issue - so lost £5 and was unable to do any work due to issues with Wi-Fi which was a pain as I was away on business. Location was good and rooms were clean but otherwise it wasn’t the best premier inn I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at better for cheaper.

I stay in Premier Inns all over the country and you usually know what you’re getting. In this case, I have to say that the dining room and catering staff went above and beyond. Lainey, her Sunderland warmth and old fashioned care-for-the-customer, made the experience of staying so very pleasant and a big thanks to Adrian, a chef who understands the importance of properly cooked vegetables and who makes an unbeatable prawn cocktail.
