Really great location close to central Cheltenham, lovely building, Spacious double shower and lovely room however the heat was unbearable and the radiators weren’t on. It was room 4, there was a fan in the room so we assumed heat must be an issue, so made it a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise lovely stay and hotel

This hotel is okay but only okay in my opinion. Our room wasn't ready for nearly an hour past the check in time and there were another couple also waiting. The staff were friendly and helpful but clearly just not enough of them. They offered us a drink while we waited which I assumed was complimentary but was then on our bill. The very nice lady on reception removed this when I queried it. The hotel also said we had to pay for parking but again this was removed when I queried it. The room was pleasant but there is no air conditioning which would be uncomfortable if it was a hot day. You hear everything inside and outside so not great if you are looking for a good nights sleep. The communial areas are really nicely decorated and furnished.

Fantastic hotel, staff couldnt be any better, food fantatstic, just an absolute delight to spend a couple of nights here. Room 1 is incredible, the best room I've ever stayed in. Stunning !!!

Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Room was lovely, breakfast was excellent quick mention that the night staff were greatand happy yo serve us a nightcap.

The hotel has EV Charger but does not discourage Non-EV drivers from parking in EV slots. This is extremely unusual and does mean this is NOT my preferred hotel when I stay in Cheltenham. Sad when they go to the trouble of providing the facility!!

The hotel was delightful, lovely lounge area and comfortable bedroom. There was no way of getting even a bright spot light in the bedroom which was irritating for make up but otherwise couldn’t fault the room. Dinner was mixed, fabulous steak but overdone fish. Service was impeccable. The breakfast was excellent.

One night in room 1. Perfect! Lovely hotel in a great location, cant wait to return.

Great hotel, quirky and tasteful, staff friendly and helpful, cannot be faulted!

I liked the decor of the hotel , and the staff that I came into contact with were excellent and a credit to the hotel
