It was mixed feeling about hotel, neither best neither worst. Support staffs were good but complimentary lunch breakfast was not compatible for North customers.

Location is great. Staff are very courteous. Room was clean. But hotel toiletries were very limited. There was only one dental kit for a 2 person stay. And there was only one soap and a very average teeny tiny shampoo. There is room for improvement in that one area. Pretty good otherwise.

Rooms are good ,clean and services as well. Parking is a bit of problem . Shortage of staffs in reception area and roomboys makes it time consuming for checkin and check out processes

The stay was good, i have stay d her three years back. The ambience was better than this time. The food was nominal. They have to change the closets, shower’s and hot water system was not that hot.
