No water from last night up to my check out. I informed many times to the hotel manager. No response up to now.

Thank you so much guys for the best hospitality, staff is very friendly. The best part here is they provide food delivery at normal rates. Quality of the food is also good. Staff is very friendly they will be available all the time. Thank you so much guys.

The picture of the room shown is totally different in real life, the washroom is too unhygienic and also smells terrible

I am pretty new to chennai and i needed an accommodation near the airport. I was on hunt in the internet and found this hotel. I was worried if i will get a good accommodation but surprisingly neighbor inn comfort has thrown my expectations out of the park with excellent service from the moment i entered into the hotel to the time i checked out. Hotel was very clean and neatly maintained. I needed to leave the hotel early at 6. 30am to airport and their restaurant staff were able to accommodate proper packed breakfast for me to a vial the complimentary breakfast service available as part of my booking. I totally recommend this for anyone who wants to stay close to airport

A place much better than i expected would recommend any person having meeting at chennai trade centre to stay here. Breakfast is delicious

When i reached neighbourin they transferred me to their new property neighbor in apartment. In room there was no intercom, no table or chair to seat & eat.

Wall color is getting off, malodorous rooms and wash rooms. Need to change it. Staff was good but amenity needs renovation

Whole area including rooms are stinky, no towel, toiletries, no bath room mat. They are outsourcing food (breakfast) & it was horrible. Don’t book this hotel. For this price you can get decent hotels nearby.
