Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 semaines en famille. Park plaza est un très bon hôtel, propre et spacieux. La piscine très bien. La direction attentive à nos demandes. Le personnel, certains étaient indifférents. Mais Mr Manikandan et Santhya se sont particulièrement très bien occupé de nous, au petits soins. Merci.

Wifi connectivity may be improved. Washroom drainage system needs improvement. Service to be made faster.

one of the best hotel i have ever stayed. good ambiance. location is was good. staff are friendly and polite.

Facilities provided by Park plaza OMR is too good like as Food ,Hospitality etc. I give us 5 Stars to you guys . Only one thing to need to arrange that’s transportation facility.You need to plan properly for any inconvenience caused to traveler. Specially Thanks to food service guys whose provide us good food specially North Indian food . Thanks a lot again to maintain that fantastic service.

Well and good, staff behaviour is well manner . cleaning , environmental good. Location is beautiful

Need to clean the pool regularly, Some of the Bathroom equipment is too Old, need to do some refurbishing works

Hello .. From April 2023, every month for 1 week, myself visiting to OMR Park Plaza. So May 2024, recent visit is 13/ 14th visit. I like this hotel because of its hygiene, specious rooms, food quality and most important hospitality . Really appreciate all staff members for it. Impressed with main service desk , always gave prompt service and keep always attention to all visitors. Thanks to Rajkumar and Team !.. Dinning Team members service and attention appriciate. Thanks to make happy culture by Mr. Sithik and Team .. third point Food quality for breakfast / dinner is highly appreciated, everyday new and taste menu. Menu always change with season .. very taste and variety food .. and serve hot .. lot of varaties I enjoyed from last 14 months .. appreciate efforts by Chef Prabhat and Team .. l

It was great experience here, Staff is very good and supportive. I didn’t face any issues here. It was great rather awesome, highly recommended. Even if you are planning for personal trip then it would be great option from all perspectives.

The Breakfast Menu needs to be review for verity, Pongal can be added and other options if possible for North menu can be added. The test of the curd is awful it was very sour test. Proactiveness during check-in even after request has not been seen, due to delay in flight slight I came very late of scheduled time (night ) I requested to complete the paper work in advanced so that least time will be consumed during check-in formalities but the same not happened.

Sugan is a nice gentleman, To be honest he assisted us in all possible ways during our business event. He was polite humble and approachable. The ambient of the hotel is mesmerizing. The time somebody stepped in ...will fall in love with the running fountain 24 ×7

Staff is very cooperative , helpful and welcoming......They took care of the all the requirements. Buffet is amazing, overall stay was comfortable. Thank you park plaza for your service ....I would love to visit again..................

The AC in the bar is bad, it’s getting very difficult in this summer season. I am a regular to this bar and this AC issue has been the only concern. May be additionally I also experience smelling something like pesticides, may be it’s because of the pest control that is done.

Amazing hotel, Must visit. Kudos to their team, very sweet and humble people. True example of doing service with heart. Special thanks to front desk people and dining team. Would recommend to other people and love to visit again. Thanks alot for everything.
