Très bien placé, pas loin du château, avec un accueil très agréable, thé et café à disposition dans la chambre très propre, petite mais confortable. Maison typique de la vielle ville avec quelques places de parking dans la rue qui est une impasse très calme, nous avons eu de la chance mais l’hôte peut vous guider en cas de problèmes.

Wir fühlten uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl. Richard ist ein liebenswerter Gastgeber, der sehr offen und kommunikativ ist. Auch seinen Hund Carli werden wir in netter Erinnerung behalten. Die zentral gelegene Unterkunft selbst bietet ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Schlafqualität ist gut. Wir werden gerne wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir wieder in Stirling sind.

Zauberhaftes B&B zentral und ruhig in der Altstadt gelegen. Wir hatten Zimmer 2 mit fantastischer Aussicht, ein kleines gemütliches Turmzimmer. Sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück, es passte alles. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Agradable alojamiento para alojarse en Stirling. Habitación algo pequeña pero cómoda y decorada con gusto. Buena situación y buen desayuno pero lo mejor de todo el trato y los consejos de Richard. Si visitas Stirling este es tu sitio para alojarte.

Encantador B&B en el centro de Stirling. Pasamos una noche de camino a Edimburgo. Richard, su anfitrión, fue muy amable y nos hizo un súper desayuno! Las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. A mí me tocó una habitación el la buhardilla con unas vistas preciosas.

Guest house molto bella in posizione centralissima. Camere accoglienti. Eravamo all'ultimo piano, camera piccola ma molto accogliente. Il proprietario è una persona deliziosa. La colazione è molto buona. Ottima soluzione per andare in centro a piedi e a pochi minuti di auto dal castello

Richard est un hôte très prévenant, qui nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Nous avons dans une chambre face au Wallace Monument, très romantique ! Je recommande cette maison, nous nous sommes sentis très bien !

Arrivés en avance, notre hôte nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Sa disponibilité pour un service, une bonne adresse est à souligner. De plus, la chambre était confortable et le petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux : What else ?

Perfect little stay with our 2 dogs. Richard is super welcoming, the place is very cute, very clean, very Scottish and a definite little gem. Breakfast was delicious and room facilities are fab and it’s perfectly placed to walk to the castle, old bridge and Wallace monument. If you don’t have a dog don’t worry as you’d never know dogs ever go there it’s so clean and fresh yet very dog friendly! Highly highly recommend!!!

Richard was a delight. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Great location- close to so many things. Richard was so hospitable and nice to us 4 wild and crazy over 60 ladies-we think we may have given him a gray hair 😃 during our 1 night stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay with Richard, an excellent host. We’d had a long drive from Orkney so arrived tied and hungry. Richard was on hand to recommend a great place to eat and to orientate us to our surroundings. The location is perfect and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

A nice and cosy place to stay in the heart of Stirling. It‘s clean and the owner Richard is the perfekt person to ask if want to know anything about Stirling itself or the places around. I can highly recommend this b&b which is within a walking distance to Stirling castle and other historical buildings.

It was rainy, raw, and cold with a bit of snow on the ground when we arrived a day late (because of a missed plane connection) to Richard Munro's Guest House. Immediately the warmth of his welcome and general good humor began to set us aright. A comfortable room with ensuite shower and a king bed took it a step further. Richard oriented us to the neighborhood--convenient to pubs, restaurants, shopping, points of interest, and the train station--and loaned us a golf umbrella to begin exploring. Upon our return, we discovered that Richard, who learned from his housekeeper that my wife Deb had twisted her knee just days before our trip, had dug through his "lost and found" to locate a knee brace left by a guest the year before, which he offered for Deb to use. She did and it helped immensely. We were the only two guests in the house (the season proper had not yet started) but he offered the full fare for breakfast. Everything from eggs, bacon, and beans to black pudding and haggis available for the full Scottish, with yoghurt, fruit, cereals, juices, toast, jams, and porridge to supplement. We had an early train to catch and Richard had everything ready on the dot. He went over and above by arranging a ride for us to the train station because of Deb's knee. He didn't want her to have to limp dragging a suitcase even that short distance. And he gifted Deb the knee brace, which has been a life-saver. Hospitality like that is a gift of grace and we are exceedingly grateful. Richard and Harley (his black Labrador) are easy-going and good-hearted. We would love to stay with them again and will recommend them to friends. We also will give extra thanks to our travel agent for sending us to Richard. Our only regret is losing our first day with them!

We have nothing but praise for Richard's hospitality. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and Richard went the extra mile to help out with issues related to my injured knee. Our only regret was that we were not in Stirling longer than the one night.
