Overall pleasant stay. Not much interaction with hotel staff for service measurement. No pool or hot breakfast offered, only cold items to go. Located near many attractions not far from many locations.

No secure WiFi. No WPA security at all. Newer devices won’t connect to network. Rooms still under construction and not finished when assigned. TV’s don’t work. Shower water is either scalding hot or cold. Heating unit doesn’t turn off. Sheets severely wrinkled and found left over food in one bed. Dim lighting.

This hotel is in disrepair. It was not being renovated it was being repaired poorly. The main hall on the first floor has leaky pipes that have been jimmy rigged with a pop bottle to make sure the water drips into one of the three 5-gallon buckets that are rotated as they fill up. Light in the room was so dim that you still couldn’t see even after all the lights in the room were on. Maybe this is so the unpainted patches of sheet rock can’t be seen. Don’t stay at this hotel.

It is impossible to explain how revolting and disgusting it was to open the freezer one discover BLOOD inside! Evidently, the previous guest had placed meat in the freezer and it leaked blood. Whether they should have done so is irrelevant. Housekeeping should have cleaned and sanitized it before we were assigned that room. It was impossible to miss, because the smell when we opened the refrigerator was awful. They never looked - or cleaned it. Sleep in your car before you stay here!

The property was outdated, super dirty, falling apart and had a terrible smell of lavender glade plug-ins. Every outlet in the building public area must of had a glade plugin. I unplugged the one in my room. It was over whelming. The pool area had mold and missing Sheetrock, random holes in the wall and the rubber trim along the base was hanging. The room was dirty, shower didn’t work properly. Toilet had a squeal every time you flushed it. Wasn’t a pleasant stay. But the staff was kind.

This may have been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First off you check in virtually with a computer, no personal service whatsoever, then you are left to heave your bags up stairs, there is no elevator only to find a dated dingy room. The hot water took 10 minutes to finally heat up in the shower then at random would turn scalding hot and burn you. Horrendous hotel!

Do not stay! No elevator, no clock, no working desk phone to call front desk, toilet seat not secured be careful! front desk doesn't answer, goes straight to voicemail, not full breakfast with excuses that covud is coming back. Everything was so low budget, felt like a bad motel. Short cakes taken everywhere. Even the downstairs bath was off limits with a sign saying out of order. Wasnt out of order, they just dont want to have people use it and clean it! Don't let the pictures fool you

It was pretty bad. I stopped over due to weather and they crammed everyone on the first floor, it seemed like. I had 2 screaming infants on either side of me that I could hear clear as day through the wall. Front desk was rude at best.

When I got to the property they said that I didn't have a reservation for me even though the money had been taken from my account by *******. The manager said that the reservation was made for Quality Inn and that this hotel had been taken over by Wyndham. He offered me a room at over twice the price which I could not afford. I need my money back from *******!!!

No staff around to help with question. Kiosk only check-in. No elevator so had to take luggage up the stairs. Dirty room with hair on the bed. Not mine, I'm bald.

Not so good, Smell in the room to strong like carpet need to be clean, coffee all over the inside microwave. No lost and found. I forgot a shaver, I call and right away told me they don't have anything.
