The hotel was great except for one thing. Getting into your room. The key would not work on the first try. It tokk five or six tries to get into my room. Aggravating enough will think twice before staying there. Complained to front desk but they never sent someone to check out our room.

This hotel was awesome in all aspects. The front desk staff was very courteous and prompt plus highly professional. The room was very clean and quiet. I will DEFINITELY come back to this hotel again!!!!. Sincerely, Mark

The front desk clerks was very friendly and accommodating. Just an FYI- There are NO USB ports in the rooms.

My room wasn’t cleaned daily, dead spiders floating in the pool, the evening receptionist was not friendly at all!!!!

Found a few hairs in the bathroom that weren't ours also no bathroom floor towel for showers. Very high bleachy smell when we arrived but anticipated after a few hours. Bed very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Door lock didn’t work. We had to wait almost an hour to get in our room.

We only stayed for one night. The property was clean and quiet.

The hotel was just ok. It was in a somewhat isolated area with no view of much of anything to see. There was an issue with our TV which was out of service throughout the evening. We weren't given much of a refund for the lack of a TV. TV is a big part of what we do when we are in the room. We were there for only one night and that one night wasn't the best. The TV came on on it's on early the next morning without notice frightening us awake. I probably would not stay there again.

Great stay! Comfy beds, nice receptionist and great breakfast!
