The service was great The desk representative named Dana was awesome. I had housekeeping come by while at my sister's wedding, and when I returned, I requested a later check-out, and got extra coffee for the next day when I asked for it. It was a quiet comfortable stay, but short. I would stay again.

Overall rating is average. Parking lot of hotel was not cleared properly after snow storm. Unsafe to walk due to icy conditions. Reservations stated it accommodated breakfast. I had to pay the tab, it was not free. Room cleanness was not to my standards of clean. There was water stains and hair throughout the room.

My family stayed here for one night while visiting Philadelphia and Haddonfield, NJ. The hotel was very convenient to both locations. The facilities were well-equipped, clean and modern, and all the staff was friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a tasty and affordable breakfast at the on site restaurant where both our kids ate free. Would stay again!

Stayed from Friday to Sunday with my family while we visited Philadelphia only 15 minutes away from the first time. I was a little nervous since I only read the reviews after I had booked this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised to enjoy my stay. The staff was cordial, our room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was actually very delicious and well-priced. Our only complaint would be finding a dirty rag on our room’s floor after housekeeping cleaned and the beds sheets weren’t changed. Overall, however, for a 3-star hotel on a weekend trip, it was pretty great.

The room was very clean - which is my #1 priority! We stayed 3 nights and asked not to be disturbed by housekeeping, which they respected. When we asked for clean towels, they brought them to our room without expecting a 1for1 trade-out which was nice. My one small complaint is there was no exhaust vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was a croissant wrapped in foil in a warmer, which was not impressive, but actually ended up being perfect so we could just grab one and head out! The food at the adjoined restaurant was great and we charged it to the room. Friday night they had either live music or karaoke - sounded like it was bumpin. The location was great - quick access to Philly and the airport (once we figured out how to navigate it being on a 1 way street!) Definitely would stay again and definitely recommend!

Hotel was decent. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken and I was told I could purchase coffee from the restaurant. Thought they could have done better here with serving their guests. The rooms were decent, but needs a good deep clean. Under the bathroom sink was dirty, it's out of site until you drop something and in rolls into the dirt mound. The beds were clean and comfortable and the furnace/ac wasn't loud.

No frills and older but nice bed…no breakfast included which is so strange for the holiday inn brand…they didn’t even have coffee because of a broken coffee maker but didn’t even offer a complimentary cup from the restaurant they told me I could buy my breakfast at…not the best experience sadly

Unfortunately, we were placed by the elevators and that was almost regrettable because late at night around 2am, some ladies decided to hang around the hall by the elevator to talk really loud and even screaming cause saying they can’t trust a boyfriend or something along those lines.

Room was clean and maintained. Bar and restaurant attached to the hotel is a plus. Hallways where dark and seemed out dated. Overall a good stay and would go back if in the area again.

This is our second time visiting and we were surprised that we didn’t get any housekeeping services. We ran out of toilet paper on our second day. We’ve called front desk 3 times and after no response, I had to go down to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. I was given One roll and it lasted us until 08/12 when we checked out at 2am. Before leaving, I tried to request the money for Sunday 08/13. I spoke to a young lady with Red hair who had the most snobbish behavior. She told me I’d have to call ******* sooner than later so that I can receive my refund for 08/13. She also stated it would take me more than a month for my refund, so I just took the loss and left.. the good times were when we danced on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the infused restaurant. The people and the service there was awesome. We will still come back to visit because it’s still one of our favorite places to stay. Oh and the food is amazing. Lizz And Iris Vega

Hotel was very clean and recently updated. The only issue was there were several signs and the website mentioned breakfast but when we went to the restaurant it was closed

I almost checked out at check in!!! The moment we got up to the front desk at check in, the bearded individual behind the counter was telling his female coworker “I really don’t want to f***ing be here, I’m so f***ing done with this place.” Then while looking for a room for me, he tells me “Sorry, I have to play roulette with the rooms because they’re cleared but they’re not actually clean.” I don’t need to know that…just do what you have to do. I’m tired, did a lot of driving, the last thing I want to do is to worry if my room is clean or not. Then at check out, two days later, this same individual’s phone rings and he is asking and cursing at the person on the other line. Listen, a job is a job, but to be on the phone while checking me out of my room and having this conversation?? Best of luck with customer service here.

This is one of nicest Holiday Inn I’ve been too. Very clean, love the location has a lot of shopping and dinning options. The pool not so clean but the rooms very nice and clean. All bathroom are stocked with Dove products. Loved that! A very cool light mirror that you can play music through. Loved the bar downstairs, good drinks! Overall nice stay!
