Great staff

不是最好的之一，但還可以。服務的錢太多了。

Lo malo necesitan Mas personal y que tengan mejor presentacion. Hay nulo control de huespedes ruidosos. Lo bueno: el personal tuvo excelente trato. Buena ubicacion. Zona con restaurantes cercanos. Estacionamiento, Wifi gratuito. Podeia mejorar el desatuno aunque se agradece que vaya incluido en el precio de la habitacion

The room itself appeared clean and up to date. We stayed in a double Queen studio. Pool was ok besides the obnoxious teens allowed unsupervised. Every other pool you have to be 18 to use it unattended but this property is 14. There is NO sound proofing. You can hear everything all night including every door around you slamming shut. All the doors slams here. Carpet and elevators are outdated. Elevator is actually a tad scary with the noises it makes. We won’t stay at a Hampton again.

At the request of the hotel, our room was switched from a studio with 2 beds and pull out couch to a set of connecting rooms. This was a few hours before we got there. However, when we arrived, our reservation showed as unpaid and it took 25 minutes to get a manager on the phone to correct the issue. The staff person was very friendly and apologetic but it was a problem to wait so long with little kids after a 6 hour drive. Then one of the rooms had stained bedding that had to be replaced. It was all fixed in the end but could have been avoided.

The hotel overall was quiet and well maintained. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable, Tv controls clean and easy to use. The pool area was perfect. The hot tub not too hot and the water and area were clean. Considering it was late evening when we checked in there were ample towels by the pool and she offered us 30 extra minutes in the pool area.

Very uncomfortable beds. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom but the water continued to run from the bathtub faucet full tilt when running the shower. Big waste of water. Very friendly staff. Good selection on free breakfast buffet.

Stayed here for two days and the staff were so friendly ! Breakfast was good also. Staff kept the building clean at all times. I had a great experience here. Pool was nice and clean and the kids had a great time. Room was a great size.
