Stayed 40 days at CH2- amazing staff, spotless rooms, and great food (dal makhani is too good). Felt like home. Highly recommend! The facilities were spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and any request I had—big or small—was handled promptly and efficiently.

Service is excellent and Mr Arif is very helpful and lovable person I have ever met food is really good vibe is awesome view is excellent staff is very good I mean this is the best hotel in srinagar because my crew was staying in 3 other hotels which I don't wanna describe

Room was good, staff was supportable, hotel situated good location, but main negative point is this that food was very expensive so we go outside to take the lunch and dinner.

Business hotel, not a family vacation hotel. The service level is very good, and room interiors are decent. The double room is reasonably large, and sofa cum bed was comfortable to sleep on. The geyser system is centrally located and heated in the morning. If hot water is needed at very early hours or odd hours, then it must be requested. We did not have food at the hotel. Hence, can't comment on food preparations. There is an elevator for the upper floors. Hence, the hotel is wheelchair accessible except that there is one step to be climbed at the ground floor. Entry to the hotel is not so great since the curtains in the entry passage kill the beauty. A large sign board of "restaurant & bar" discourages families from entering the hotel. The hotel is on the main road, hence accessibility to city through public transport is easy.

Location: centrally located, but market is not within walking distance. Transports like auto or taxi are easily available since the hotel is on a busy road. This is a business hotel and not a family vacation hotel. The hotel is good as such, but the entry area if the hotel is not great. Reasonable amenities in the room but water geyser is centrally located and not in each room. Hence, if hot shower water is needed in very early hours or odd hours, then it needs to be requested.

We really enjoyed staying there. They treated us nicely. We enjoyed the food and facilities. We will come back soon

It was a good stay, there was no buffet in the morning, only Paratha & curd was there, in fruit segment only water melon 🍉 was available

Room is standard in size & comfort amenities is also good almost every location is 2-4 km distance, worth to stay veg food is good & delicious

very bad experience and vaste of money and not suggesting to any one and price food is so much high according to hotel category and poor room service.

It was a very bad experience. We didn't enjoy the stay at all. The staff as such was fine but the management and the rules were not equal for everyone. It seemed we were treated differently from other guests. This is not what we paid for. Will not recommend tp anyone.
