切斯特中心 - 北部普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Chester Central North)

We arrived 11.30pm after a tiring all dayvwedding ceremony wanting to just get in bed and rest. Check in was quick and receptionist was friendly. Arrived at the room and could hear a disco inside. Opened thebdoor, curtains was closed, tv blaring dance music, the mattress was off the bed along with the bedding, like a raver had ransacked it. We honestly thought we'd been given the wrong key. Down to reception, it took an hour to sort, at Midnight, no complimentary coffee, water etc, just told to sit in the bar with load of drunks, we got someone else's room who hadn't checked in yet, they were full due to race day. Absolutely shocking, i mean, some customer care with a drink or a breakfast upgrade even. All we had was being told it was the previous shifts fault etc we don't care who's fault it was. The whole experience was awful, didn't sleep a wink. No email or anyone above receptionist to complwin to. Just told to fill in a feedback form.

Whilst the Prmeier Inn itself was perfect for our needs, friendly and very clean. Out experience has been soured bu the fact we were stung with £200 worth of parking charges despite our car being logged on their system. We received fines for leaving and reentering the carpark twice during our 2night stay. 2x appeals later and being threatened with a CCJ despite being parked properly and registered at the "Free" onsite parking. For this reason alone, I will definitely NOT be using this particular Premier Inn again and won't use ANY of their sites that offer free parking that isn't their own independent carpark. Offered next to no help when contacted the hotel other than a copy of my invoice.

Very welcoming staff and place to stay before a trip to The Open. Great nights sleep and beer next door. Free parking and quick to access from main roads Breakfast not bad .... THIS isn't bacon and meatless sausages 👍

Very clean, lovely friendly staff. Lovely hotel and great location for what we needed. The reception staff to the breakfast staff, every person was lovely!

This was a base whilst visiting family and for a budget hotel did not disappoint. Location was excellent for Manchester Airport, motorways and Chester City centre. There was a petrol station a stones throw away, a large Morrisons within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) and one or two takeaways. There was also a family friendly pub next door with great food and no noise late at night. The room was clean, spacious and with decent black out curtains. There was a hairdryer, kettle and tea and coffee in the room, and the soap and shampoo smelled amazing! There was the option to eat a hot breakfast (unsure about other meals) but we were visiting family so ate with them. Car park on site we had no issue finding a space and were never worried about the safety of our car. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I’d say is if you need Wi-Fi for your trip it’s better to purchase the upgraded version but we just used our own data 🙂 All in all a great stay , will definitely return

Fab location near Chester. Really helpful staff. The usual super quiet rooms: breakfast was the best. Parking is odd with ANPR but way to register car. Great place for a night to visit NW or as a stopover.

A stop over on the way to North Wales. Ideal for a quick stopover with free parking. Reception staff were friendly on check in. There is a pub next door for food and drink and another about a 10 minute walk away. We had a cab into Chester about 10 mins where there were lots of different restaurants. Our room (121) was at the the far end of the hotel and was very quiet. Had a problem with the shower which went from scalding hot to cold, quite dangerous if children had been using it! Breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh. Full English and continental. Ideal for stopover but wouldn’t want longer.

The hotel is based in a good location with access to trains and buses. However there is no lift in the hotel, so if you are on the first floor, be prepared to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs! The bathroom was also very cramped - but this was not too much of a problem. We stayed for 3 nights and went to Chester Zoo - which was a 15 minute bus journey from a stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. The pub next door to the hotel was amazing. The food was lovely and served in generous portions. The staff were friendly and the a**osphere was as expected. The Premier Inn itself wasn’t great. The overall cleanliness was spot on, but unfortunately there was an issue connecting to the wifi (we don’t live in the U.K. so we were using data roaming). Another issue was the bathroom - it was a walk in shower, but leaked through the screen, which dripped into the below room, causing their electrics to fail. In such, we were unable to shower for the next two days - we were told we would be moved - but this was not the case. Despite the issues which occurred, the staff were so, so helpful and attending in every way possible by providing us with different wifi options, assisting with the cleaning of the shower leak and programming an additional room card. Unsure as to whether we would return, but that is to no fault of the staff.

Much as you'd expect from Premier Inns. Clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed. Quit and well-managed. Staff were lovely, especially those working i the kitchen at breakfast who went out of their way to provide me with veggie sausages and soya milk.
