Great value, lots of room, everything as it should be! Would definitely stay again- bargain Lots to do and see

A great base for a weekend in Chester. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The 2 bed apartment for 4 people was plenty big enough for our group.

the service apartment is clean. It is close to the city centre. The rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is nice. I am sure that I will book this hotel again and highly recommend to my friends.

Too noisy with the bar under the room.

We got this on a deal so it was reduced slightly from £246 to £232.70 (two people in separate rooms for three nights), but even the full price would have been great value. Spacious, really comfortable beds, great range of TV channels, great location. Pretty much everything you could ask for. The only minor issue is that my mother's room got too warm at night. But in fairness, a fan was provided and she used this to help cool it down before going to bed.

We arrived off our train at 11:30 and we’re given our entry/key code earlier by Rodrigo who it has to be said was amazing in the days running up to our stay. We didn’t pay a fortune for this stay so we were not expecting the ritz. The room was small but to be honest it did say that on the booking, it got very warm during the night as we forgot to turn the heating off. Location is perfect so getting off the train or going to the city. The room we found clean and the shower was lovely. We spoke to both house keeping ladies who were very pleasant and helpful. Honestly the room it is what it is, a small room with a shower room. It’s somewhere to rest your head. Would we recommend it, yes probably. Would we stay here again, I don’t see why not.

Awful apartment, I knew it was above a pub but my god it kept us awake until 3am both nights , television didn’t work !! No signal at all , see photos , I would never stay here again even if it wax free !!

We had to wait outside as a family for 30 minutes as the management company didn’t send any check in information until 3pm and were late sending it. Room was nothing like pictures and terribly dirty. Electrics hanging from roof and spiders!!
