Staff was very friendly upon greeting at arrival or when housekeeping knocked to check and see if we needed anything. Beds were comfortable and restaurants were close by. Would definitely stay again for our next trip.

Good & bad. We loved this place except that the bed had craters, just where you’d expect an old or poorly made mattress to have craters. It was uncomfortable on the back. When we told the front desk, one staffer gave us a blank look and remained silent; another jumped in and said they’d “let management know.” Other: breakfast staff exceptionally efficient and pleasant. Great room except for the above.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very pleasant. However, the elevators were rough and the floors in the room were stained and dirty.

new clean hotel close to lots of restaurants, hotel is close to interstate but not too close, room faced interstate but did not hear traffic, breakfast was good, would stay here again

Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast had a lot of choices, the area was kept clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had lukewarm water.

I loved all of the amenities on site, including an awesome breakfast, and the staff was extremely helpful and nice

Our stay started with problems and they just kept coming. 1. Checked in to our room and it was not the room we reserved and paid for. We booked 2 rooms and were supposed to be in a queen with two beds and s sofa. Both rooms were just queens. 2. The heater came on and it had a loud, annoying noise. (Like fingers on a chalkboard) They sent maintenance and it could not be fixed. Called the front desk. Was told hotel was fully booked. Asked for the manager and was told they were not available. About 10 minutes later front desk called and had another room. 3. That room had multiple problems - roach in sink -no hot warter or water pressure in shower - shower head would not stay up. Kept hitting me on the head - blackout shade would not lower. - no coffee, tea, water or coffee cups - no laundry bags Made us wonder if room had even been cleaned?? Never heard back from manager. This hotel in definately not up to IHG standards.

I liked the location and easy access to shopping in the area. The hotel was great for the price and I really enjoyed all the amenities and how it was set up.

I booked on *******, thus check in was a breeze. The room was very clean, the halls were quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows❤. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again! Late check it was not available.. I'm guessing because of the holiday, but i was afforded an extra hour and that was appreciated.
