Everythings is good except that we were charged $100 as deposit and were told that will be returned in 3-5 business days - why that long?

We drove 7 hours here to Cleveland so my husband could go to the Cleveland Clinic for a doctors appointment. I booked this hotel thinking that it was going to be a good choice, but it was not. The room was not clean, the bed was uncomfortable, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, popcorn on the floor and toothpaste residue behind the faucet on the wall. If it had not been so late when we arrived, we would have canceled this stay and went somewhere else. Needless to say, I will never book this hotel again. It was simply nasty and outdated. There was not even a place in the room to plug in a cord to charge a cell phone. Most hotels have the ports for you to plug in your charging cord. This hotel needs to get with the program.

Don't stay here. The staff in the morning is rude. The guy setting up breakfast was horrible to my daughter and swore at her under his breath because she used the so called wrong spoon for the eggs. This guy should not be working in the hospitality field. I'm disgusted.

Hotel was clean, though my host noted a hair in the shower from a previous guest. Breakfast was plentiful but served in a very cramped area that guests found difficult to navigate. I was there on a Sunday morning and was "treated" to an evangelical church service played over the speakers in the breakfast area. Surely even in Ohio not everyone is Christian? Still, hotel is a perfectly acceptable place to stay (if one is just staying the night).

Overall the room was fine, however, the bathroom was much too small. The toilet was extra low and ran all night. My wife and I are both in our late 70s and somewhat handicapped. A tub shower without any grab bars is too dangerous to try to use. I asked for a handicap room but was told there were none.

Mostly fine, breakfast was good. Strange that the room had no blackout drapes, only a window shade that let in lots of light even when closed. Also the closet was oddly configured, hangers positioned down low and too close to rear wall. But otherwise fine.

The property was convenient to get to and was clean and quiet. It is close to many restaurants and other places to eat, as well as a shopping center where you can restock whatever you need for your trip. The only minus is that the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests.

Upon checking in, there were 2 confirmation numbers. It required me contacting support before the hotel would allow me to check in. This caused me to have to wait about 30 minutes to get the issue resolved before I could get into our room.
