Nice comfortable place to stay. Breakfast lovely

Basic but clean and well presented

Chambre non conforme à la réservation. Chambre handicapée (non demandée) sale et vétuste. Après 1h, nous avons quitté l'hôtel sans y dormir. Après contact avec *********, comme l'hôtel anglais ne rembourse pas, hôtel.com ne fait rien de plus et ne propose qu'une obole de 25€ et c'est tout. Scandaleux ! Ancien client de ce site (nombreuses réservations) nous déplorons la relation clientèle dans ce cas de figure.

Given the price we paid (£67 incl breakfast) we were a bit dubious about what our 1 night stay would be like having read some of the reviews. We need not have had any doubts. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities, the bathroom was clean with nice towels. As previous people have commented yes the tv was very small but then who books a hotel to watch tv. The cooked breakfast was superb and plenty full. The staff were welcoming and friendly. For the price we cannot fault this hotel.

Nice place slept well breakfast didnt officially start till 7.30 which is a bit late for contractors. But they did me a bacon butty for just after 7 it was lovely

Very welcoming from a gentleman named Walter,great hospitality the food was well cooked and reasonable prices,the details around the hotel was nice and will definitely come again,even if not to stay the breakfast was fantastic

Lovely visit with young children. Everything we needed for a good night. Only issue is the beds are very firm.

Quirky hotel with the most amazing staff! Love this place, beautiful setting close to Wells, Glastonbury and Cheddar. Food is reasonably priced and recommended! Great breakfast! We’ll be back!
