一家服務滿分的酒店 疫情後的第一個春節，相隔3年再次海外過大年，跟夥伴商量後決定需要找個好酒店住2晚慶賀一下 1. 屬於精品酒店，範圍不大，但是處處很有蘭納風，有泳池；位置在古城 2. 酒店含下午茶（但是味道一般）；早餐很豐盛比下午茶味道好（擺盤很精緻）你可以選喜歡的吃，並且可以續或者增加，粥的話可以告訴服務生，你衹要白粥，因為肉太多了，早餐中有一個芋頭泰國甜品不錯 3. 泳池的水有點冰冷，雖然白天有32度 4. 房間很舒服，裝修也細緻，女生最愛，有歡迎水果 香檳 5. 從行李生到餐廳服務生 都非常熱情（記得給小費），並且因為退房日我們旁晚去火車站，匆匆忙忙回去拿行李，酒店竟然贈送了一個打包好的三文治！我們也沒告訴他們我們坐火車，服務太細緻周到，必須贊一個 早上在餐廳遇上隔壁座一個華裔的男士 不知道是否酒店老闆，

We are a family of 4 and booked a suite, which was more than enough for us (two large bedrooms and living room). The hotel itself is amazing. Traditional Thai Chinese architecture, incredibly serene. Many small gardens throughout the hotel, and I found myself taking drinks there just to relax and enjoy the serenity. The hotel is very convenient to all local attractions and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Excellent two night stay in this adorable boutique hotel located inside the old city. Beds were very, very comfortable. We stayed in the heritage house jr suite and our teen daughters stayed in a deluxe king room. Both rooms were spacious and wonderful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent!! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I had an excellent foot massage at the spa. We also participated in two OUTSTANDING tours (Northern Highlights and Chiang Mai CityTemples). My only regret is we didn’t have time to enjoy the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again.

Wow… where do I even begin. Firstly the hotel exteriors are beautiful. The pool is serene, the designs are lovely and traditional Thai style. The rooms are spacious with a large bed. Very quiet and great sleep even though we were jet lagged. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices even for vegetarians and vegans like us. The location is superb, less than 10 minutes from the airport, right by the old city, walking distance to a couple of night markets. The best part of our stay was the Loy Krathong festivities. We were lucky to be there during the period this year. In the morning the hotel would provide free Krathong making activities with delicious Thai snacks and desserts and in the evening provided food, music, the lucky draw, lantern decorations, and all the Loy Krathong activities. Where we felt the service went above and beyond was during this evening party. We had come to Chiang mai to see our Thai side of our family including our 90 year old grandma who is in a wheelchair. She’s been sick for a while. She as well as our two other family members were allowed to participate and eat and dance for free of charge even though they didn’t have to do that. Furthermore the staff made sure that she had a great time - we haven’t seen yai (Thai word for grandma) this happy in so long especially since she got sick. She was dancing and smiling in the wheelchair! The lady who MC’d as well as the security guard went above and beyond. And all the staff there (there were tens of them!) even waved in a line as her car left. The other members of the family said that we must come back here next year for Loy Krathong so that’s what we will do. Thank you again to all the staff. You made the stay very special, made my family feel emotional.

我以五星級酒店來評分 I rate it based on a five-star hotel 💯：環境、地點、設施都很好，房間整潔，Mini bar任飲任食。 💯: The environment, location, and facilities are excellent. The rooms are clean, and the mini bar offers unlimited drinks and snacks. ❓：歡迎飲料是杯啤酒，問職員何時可以拿到，他說1800-2300，但另一位職員又說隨時都可以拿（來回搞了四次才拿到，還要等10分鐘） ❓: The welcome drink is a glass of beer. When I asked the staff when I could have it, one of them said from 1800 to 2300, but another staff member said I could have it anytime. It took four attempts and a 10-minute wait to finally get it. ❌：凌晨後門的保安在玩手機，和他說”Good evening”他不理你😂 ❌: In the midnight, the security guard at the back door was playing with his phone. When I greeted him with “Good evening” he ignored me 😂

Great stay! It was our first time in Chiang Mai and this hotel was perfect. Great central location, rooms are well equipped, beds are comfortable, there’s no breakfast facilities however there is plenty around so it’s no issue. The staff at the hotel were great. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but the lady that worked in the mornings was lovely. She pointed us in the right direction made good recommendations on where to go and best ways to get around. We’ll definitely be back to Chiang Mai and will definitely stay here again

在這裏停了幾次,主要是因爲我的泰國親人喜歡這個地方,只是因爲離機場這麼近。每次都有些不對勁!!也不是最便宜的住宿。一個房間的馬桶不能沖水,浴室洗手池的水龍頭在另一個房間的把手轉動。由於另一房間的道路噪音(我們在5樓!)我們無法睡覺。一個房間沒有wi-fi,另一個房間沒有熱水,每個房間淋浴盤都裝滿了肥皂水,很滑;實際上很危險。早餐對我來說還可以,沒什麼閃閃發光的。土司,果醬,果汁,茶,咖啡,麥片,所有的基本要素。但不知道爲什麼人們要爬出窗戶來到這裏。我看到一位女士把她土司上的棕色都刮掉了,所以那只是白色的!(與泰國人相信吐司會導致癌症有關)喜歡在實際起作用的烤麪包機旁邊的牌子(另一只在每次拜訪時都壞了,只是坐在那裏收集灰塵)。沒有癌症從那一個!有這樣意思的話語:“請不要在麪包上放黃油和果醬,然後放入烤麪包機。”至少接待處的冰箱裏的啤酒比大多數商店便宜。又好又冷。一定會喜歡的!

我到達酒店,外面看起來真的很好,工作人員也很好。給我檢查的女孩不懂英語,所以我很幸運能說一些泰國語。他們沒有幫你提行李,但是我並不介意,因爲我旅行時帶着帶輪子的好工作袋。當我走進房間時,我首先碰到的是一個廁所的臭味。(準確地說,我被給了608頂層的房間。房間大小還可以,但傢俱在哪裏我可以看到有多髒,磨損了。它看起來像是在一家廉價市場買的東西。進一步我嘗試了牀,這是我所睡過的最差的牀墊,不僅酒店在一條馬路旁邊,晚上交通太吵,所以我沒有睡太多。有時我醒來,以爲我房間裏有摩托車。我預訂了5晚的住宿,但一晚之後我決定搬家。因此,在又一個痛苦的夜晚之後,我離開這家酒店,將永遠不會再回來。

認爲還可以,房間還可以,價格便宜,我住在這裏準備第二天去山上旅行。(選擇的原因是因爲價格便宜,靠近城市,靠近餐廳靠近摩托車出租處)早餐還可以,有米飯,但是熱水器有點問題。哪家酒店趕快解決它被認爲給人留下了深刻的印象。

The hotel was clean and comfortable. As a family of 4 (kids 13 & 11) we found the family suite perfect. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning - fruit, eggs, bacon, baked food and a couple Thai dishes. We used the pool each day and always found it clean - usually had it to ourselves. The front staff and the lady who sat just out front were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel lent us towels to take on an elephant trip and to see the sticky waterfalls. We had our laundry done once, also excellent. Highly recommend the location too.

We struggled to find accommodation in Chiang Mai so when a room in this hotel popped up we quickly booked for the location then later found out it was the lantern festival celebrations in town. We booked for a week although wanted to stay in Chiang Mai for 3 weeks and thankfully we did as even one night is too long in this hotel. I’ve travelled Sth East Asia for over 15 years and always stay in the mid-price range so have seen my fair share of average hotels but this is by far the worst. The room we had, 511, was appalling and cleaning practically non existent. Make sure you check the photos here carefully to see the real hotel. The photos on agoda and others we saw must have been taken 20+ years ago. We asked the front desk to have the bathroom scrubbed properly which took the standard from unusable to below average. The pool was green and murky with missing tiles. The lift had wet carpets and smelt like damp mould. The floors were so dirty it left our feet black so had to wear shoes in the room always. Wi-Fi also terrible. Do not stay here not even for the location.

不錯,房間乾淨。牀很舒服。好和樂於助人的員工。退房後,您可以將您的行李存放在那裏。步行15分鐘到週日市場。非常非常,感覺安全。但如果我是女性單身旅行者,我不會留在那裏,因爲走路有點嚇人。如果超過2個人,那就非常舒服。我們非常喜歡。

The rooms were big and very comfortable, with air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and were always there to assist you if you needed fresh towels etc. One thing to note is that it is either a 25 minute walk or ten minute Tuk Tuk to the night bazaar. Nice breakfast places and a 7/11 2 minute walk away. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
