Excellent vibes

Very nice rooms and the west loop restaurants in the area are great. Not a ton of parking, garages were full quickly. Valet was expensive

Everything was very good except we couldn’t change the tv channels even though the front desk sent us someone to help. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.

Great location, staff and amenities. I’ve stayed at this property four times and not once have I figured out how to use the TV. Please work on this, I shouldn’t have to call the front desk for something as easy as turning the TV on and having it work

emily is a low-key, comfortable hotel in a great west loop location. good people, all the necessary amenities.

The hotel was a nice treat to stay for a weekend gateway with my wife. We had late dinner reservations at a restaurant nearby and decided to stay at this hotel. We came here before for the movies on the roof. The hotel was a nice treat as it was nicely decorated for the holidays and the bar downstairs had a cozy vibe. The staff were great and the manager he was awesome. He saw that we were at a small table and moved us to a bigger table to accommodate the amount of food we were getting. That was nice of him. He also recognized my wife the next day and was very nice. We did stop by at the bar upstairs and wished we would have had time to eat and have some drinks there as it had a nice relaxing vibe and it was nicely decorated as well. The room was nice, however the beds were a bit too firm for us. We will return it is a nice hotel for a weekend gateway as everything is nearby and walkable. What ever your taste is you will find near this hotel.
