Location and parking OK. Picked because it was as close to wrigley as we could get. Amenity fee is a joke. Pool looked like the scene from caddy shack absolutely packed. Two tiny bottles of water. For 120.00 Room was OK. Definitely not 4 star. On highway side of building and traffic noise was bad. Not recommended.

I booked this hotel and there is a policy that wasn't listed on the website. Kids are not allowed in the pool after 3 PM. Check-in time isn't until 4 PM. How is that possible? That is a horrible rule for any family traveling to this property.

The hotel was clean and has great amenities. The steam room and hot tub were amazing. However, there was loud banging periodically that we could hear while in our room, I am not sure what the noise was. The ear plugs provided did not keep the noise out. We did get massages and pedicures in the Spa and I was not impressed. My masseuse fell asleep repeatedly while giving the massage and the pedicures were very rushed and lasted no more than 20 minutes each.

Check in was super easy. Room was great and bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that it is more of a gym that also has a hotel, rather than a hotel that also has a gym. That wasn't clear when I booked. Early Sunday morning we were awakened by loud music and thumping of weights hitting the floor on the level below us. We had to get up early anyway, but if we were trying to sleep that would've been awful.
