柳條公園酒店(Wicker Park Inn)

I stayed here for about 5 days during my wedding weekend. I had a very quiet stay with no out-of-the ordinary occurrences, only accompanied by one other friend. I got along with the staff who were very helpful and accommodating during the stay. Soon after my checkout where everything went smoothly, I receive a text message stating that I will be charged $150 for "several stained items" attached with photos of a makeup smudge on a white towel and some smudges on the white bed sheets. To be clear, I never once had an accident or spill in the hotel room. There were no parties or complaints, as the staff can attest to. What I was confused about was a claim that the items will "need to be replaced" as the reason for my charge. I asked if the guest items are routinely sanitized and bleached between uses, a question that was never answered. I defend that what I was shown were signs of use, not of damage to property. What is the point of hotel sheets or linens that cannot be used? So, for any future guest, know that the towels/linens are not bleached between guests. And if you happen to leave them *pristinely* unmarked, they will be used for the next guest without proper sanitation. Otherwise you will be charged for the hotel to "replace" them. Very disappointing exchange with the hotel staff at the end of my quiet wedding weekend.

Certainly! Here's a revised version of the review: What a charming and quaint little inn in the heart of Wicker Park, Chicago! Tucked away on a quiet side street is this delightful bed-and-breakfast. The rooms are well-appointed, and the Wi-Fi is more than adequate. With a charming breakfast area and very helpful staff, it's easy to see why I'd choose to stay here again. The regular L train does pass by, and if you're not accustomed to it, it might be bothersome. However, earplugs are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. While parking is about two blocks away, it's complimentary and adds to the convenience. With a reasonable price point for this area and a great location for activities in Wicker Park, this inn is a fantastic option.

The place is very nice but not very private. It feels like everything you do can be heard by everyone else in the place. It is truly an "Inn". I also feel like it was a little pricey for what you get. Good area.

The Check in was efficient and Sandra was helpful. The overall atmosphere had a B&B feel, room was clean, linens and towels of high quality. Although we did not take breakfast the kitchen was amazing. Unfortunately our bed was very worn out with a deep valley in the middle which was a huge flaw. I loved everything else but would hesitate to stay again due to mattress.

The Wicker Park Inn is a quaint bed & breakfast located in the heart of Bucktown/Wicker Park. That area is filled with fashion boutiques, trendy restaurants and bars as well as other foodie amenities and art galleries. The inn's rooms are all nicely decorated and well equipped with ample bathrooms. They have a communal kitchen where you can enjoy light breakfast but you could also store food/drinks in their fridge.

The Wicker park inn is great! It is perfectly located, lean, safe, staff was very helpful and friendly! Can walk to near by shops and restaurants! Only “negative” is that you can hear the train which runs pretty frequently all night. Otherwise, it is perfect!

Close to everything and safe. Cute neighborhood. Our room The Damen is close to the kitchen and we could hear people talking as early as 7:30/8 am. The kitchen was quite cold. This was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it though !

Love atmosphere, rooms and the staff are awesome! I look forward to my overnight oats every morning ! Thank you!

This property is a wonderful place to stay. The host was very welcoming and hospitable and the aesthetics and cleanliness of the space were great. Would highly recommend and would happily return.
