Everything was fine EXCEPT the customer service/payment... Reserved room with my debit card on ******* for "reserve now, pay later." When I got to the hotel I used my credit card. The lady at the desk ran the credit card. The next morning woke up to a reservation fee charge on my debit card, and a $58 charge on my CC. When I tried calling customer service, NO ONE answered the phone. I called 8 different times throughout the day during their hours but no one even returned my voicemail. Ended up texting the number that I kept getting messages from. They sent a receipt and there are like 4 different charges for guest fee, room fee, and whatever else. The person said they'll issue a refund within 5 days. Turns out they refunded the room fee to my credit card, not my debit. Luckily I filled a dispute with my bank. Hopefully THEY'RE more competent than the hotel "customer service."
