Kasa芝加哥華麗一英里(Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago)

I got in late Sunday and was concerned if the code wouldn't work. Honestly, was so simple and great. There was someone at the desk that told me about the key fab which was helpful otherwise I don't know if I would've known. The building was super clean and the room was perfect. Definitely going to keep staying here on my business trips as it feels more personal than a cramped hotel room.

We were disappointed with the place. We ended up moving units to a better one. The customer service was good about hearing our complaints and moving us, but it was still a hassle. Overall the places felt cheap, and the first one was pretty beat up and not as clean as I would have hoped. I will not stay with this company again.

Excellent property, set out tastefully and with all essentials provided. Any queries were answered promptly by friendly and efficient staff. Check-in and check-out processes were simple and easy, especially as I arrived late in the evening. I would definitely choose to stay here again if coming back to Chicago in the future.

Overall a nice stay, good location and nice 2 bedroom layout. The beds were very comfortable! Our only complaint is some wear and tear noted on the furnishings. Also the desk is not always manned; therefore, had to wait a bit to pick up our luggage.

Comfortable stay in a great location. I stayed four nights and it was great to have a small living room and kitchenette. Beats a pricey hotel room as long as you don’t mind making your own bed. :). The location is amazing. The Whole Foods around the corner is a great bonus, and there are restaurants everywhere. It’s also a short walk to Michigan avenue for some great shopping. The check-in was super easy.

I travel extensively for long term stays - accommodations were fantastic - very clean, large living spaces & full kitchen which is necessary for my circumstances - on site staff were vere friendly & helpful at all times

I will never pay $500-$600 a night at the Intercon for a 1 bedroom suite after finding this. Stag like a local in a luxury building for a fraction of the price. Hidden gem that I almost didn’t want to post a review to let others know about this place. Yea, it’s that good.

Checking in was a breeze. The unit was immaculate and had small touches like oven mitts and olive oil. Balcony was wonderful and we couldn’t hear anyone in the rooms near us. We were there for the Chicago Marathon and it was perfect having a kitchen (with a toaster!) and full bath tub to lay down in the shower (possibly in the fetal position) after.

Great location near State Street, Red Line & 1/2 block from Whole Foods Market. Lovely apartment with full kitchen, all the cooking pans & utensils. Even has keurig coffee pods, salt, pepper and olive oil provided. Bring your own sweetener and cream. Unit has tons of storage for a long stay. Only shower is in the bathtub. Horrible pillow selection. All ginormous. No soft ones. Connected parking garage elevator right to lobby. All indoors. But pre-book with SpotHero for reduced price. Pleasant residential building and neighbors. No pool access. Close to everything. Walk to Frontera Grill, Clark Street restaurants & Eataly.
