芝加哥西南布爾裏奇皇冠假日酒店(Crowne Plaza Chicago SW - Burr Ridge)

I got to my room about 9:00 pm. It was very noisy in a hall close to the room. The music was SO loud and people were talking loud. About 3:00 am it was still going on so I called the desk and told the man how noisy it was and he just said, “we’re having an event.” Nothing like, “I’m sorry…would you like another room.” I said there were other paying guests who could not sleep because if it and all he said was, “we’re having an event.” I got NO sleep that night. At 6:45 I was going to take a shower and there was NO water. I tried all the knobs but no water so had to wash my hair in the sink. Upon leaving I put my key card at the front desk and I told the man about the noise and water and he said….NOTHING. I’ve never had an experience anything remotely horrible like this and will NEVER stay there or at any of your hotels and will tell everyone I know about the experience.

The front desk (Garrett) was unhelpful the weekend I was staying at the hotel for a wedding. I wanted to extend my stay for an additional night, and requested this with Garrett, and without checking any availability, he told me that they were sold out. After checking online and seeing that there were rooms still available, I decided to call the property, where I was able to talk with someone else and make a reservation for the same room that night with no issues. Not even a few hours later, the bride called down to the reception asking to either extend her stay for another night, or have a longer checkout that 12pm as we were running behind and had 20 minutes to get to the hotel. They were rudely told that everything needed to be out of the room by 12, because there were people who were booking that room for the same day. We decided to move everything from the bride's room into my room - and come back for their things later. Not only was the bride 30 minutes late to her wedding because of the inconsiderate employees, but when we came back to move the bride's belongings to the car, the room they were staying in was still vacant - they were cleaning the room only then! At 4:30! so they could have made an exception to let them stay a few more hours to get their belongings moved. Add on top of the poor customer service - We had loud neighbors both nights, the beds weren't comfy, the carpet in the closet was soaked, and the shower never drained properly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

No hot water. Very loud with expressway. No fireproof or soundproof doors. Loud heating system. Very courteous staff though.

The doors don’t close right, the WiFi is horrible and tv kept going in and out on no signal. I will never will be checking in here again

Extremely dirty, stains all in the shower, bathroom worked half the time, poop stains in the toilet, was charged almost $200 more than what I was supposed to be charged. Still working on getting that back.

My room had wet floors from a sewage or shower leak. This is an ongoing problem as the baseboards were separated from the walls, and there was black mold.

The staff at the property were very friendly, professional. Room was very clean. Carpets could use freshening! Disappointed that there is no safe in the room. Breakfast was definitely not worth the price of $16.95/guest. Coffee was great!

We stayed in the jetted tub - King size bed - suite. Everything was great, from Jaime at the front desk to the employees that we encountered throughout the hotel. Everyone was friendly, the suite was ready on time and it was clean, comfortable and updated. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

The service for my stay at Crowne Plaza was exceptional. Ke was a great help to me and actually qualified me for the IHG Program. Very comforting & made me feel like I was at home!
