The front desk (Garrett) was unhelpful the weekend I was staying at the hotel for a wedding. I wanted to extend my stay for an additional night, and requested this with Garrett, and without checking any availability, he told me that they were sold out. After checking online and seeing that there were rooms still available, I decided to call the property, where I was able to talk with someone else and make a reservation for the same room that night with no issues.
Not even a few hours later, the bride called down to the reception asking to either extend her stay for another night, or have a longer checkout that 12pm as we were running behind and had 20 minutes to get to the hotel. They were rudely told that everything needed to be out of the room by 12, because there were people who were booking that room for the same day. We decided to move everything from the bride's room into my room - and come back for their things later.
Not only was the bride 30 minutes late to her wedding because of the inconsiderate employees, but when we came back to move the bride's belongings to the car, the room they were staying in was still vacant - they were cleaning the room only then! At 4:30! so they could have made an exception to let them stay a few more hours to get their belongings moved.
Add on top of the poor customer service - We had loud neighbors both nights, the beds weren't comfy, the carpet in the closet was soaked, and the shower never drained properly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
