Breakfast was AMAZING! Very nice and friendly staff and was greeted with fresh cookies upon check-in. Room was big but had a strange odder to it. The bed was fine but I felt the sheets could have been more soft. I would stay again.

It was a disappointing property for being a Best Western property. The toilet didn't work, the towel rack was hanging by one side, there were cigarette burns on the bedspread, the upholstery furniture and carpets were dirty and stained. The website pictures looked updated and beautiful but it was not. At least the room that we were in. We requested the sheets be changed because of stains, the mattress was stained on the sides. The staff was quick to make the changes and fix the broken items, but that should have been taken care of the by staff before we even arrived. And unfortunately, it is located in an area that made us feel unsafe and worried that our car would be vandalized or stolen during the night.

People were excellent. Place was well maintained my only issue was for some reason we had to rest both room keys because they quit working. Not at the same time but different days and we were staying for 3 nights. Not sure if computer or they didn’t program properly or what but at the end of a long day it’s irritating to have to go back and fix. They were extremely nice about it and it was quick. Definitely would stay again.

Staff was friendly, and the place was pretty clean and quiet. I didn't care for the $100 deposit for incidentals they made me fork out and the elevator has some sort of software issue. I was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were a lot faster.
All in all, decent place for the price.

I found my room almost uninhabitable due to odor from cleaning product. Property is close to highway, past it’s prime and in a very run down mall area

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude when we arrived, she also marked me as no show after I called and said I’d be there late, I’m extremely disappointed. Also the pictures are a lie.
