The worst experience of our life. There was a domestic violence issue in the room next to ours. On-site manager did absolutely nothing and stated "thats not my problem". Didn't change our room or attempt to call the police. Had to leave and drive home, over two hours, at 2am in the morning. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

It was dirty I had no shower head there was used bug traps out and stains all over the pillow

The first room we got had cockroaches on the walls. We were able to switch rooms, and the second room had a smell and the towels weren't cleaned.

Dirty towels, dirty bathroom, cigarette burned in the sheets, and no pillowcases. Definitely not staying here ever again.

The room was good for the price. Nice TV, had a microwave and good size fridge, but no phone to the front desk, WiFi and only ice maker didn't work. All fair compromise for the price, but didn't feel good about leaving anything in the room, as the door jam was basically missing and had to have a screw put in it so it would lock.

Ice machine broken. No coffee in room and cockroaches on the walls.

Stained bedspreads and dingy and stained towels, flies everywhere.

These people regularly said we didn’t pay through *******, yet we would show receipts, confirmations and even called ******* to validate our payment. If this was a one time thing, I’d understand but it wasn’t. They say they have internet but they don’t. They must be lying and saying their home internet is for business when no one in the hotel got internet… not one person. I asked around.

The non smoking room smelled like people smoked in there, place was filthy, there was roaches there and towels were stained and most importantly they have bed bugs don’t recommend this place at all it’s disgusting.

When the original owner ran this place it was a great deal for your money, the new guy that is running this place does not allow cleaning staff to use good cleaning products like bleach, the towels in our room looked like someone cleaned the floor with them and place them back on the rack (badly stain) the pillow cases were so stained I asked for new ones. Over all the place is not been updated instead is been ran to the ground, I will never ever stay here is too bad as the place used to be decent.

This room reeked of bleach. Didn't have a fitted sheet. The door was covered in filth. Walls are thin. Service is not friendly. No smoke detector. Floor wasn't even. All things expected at a much lower price point. Don't stay here.
