普林菲爾德奇科皮6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Chicopee, MA - Springfield)

Smooth check-in and location is perfectly located next to a McDonald's, diner and gas station. Not sure of the amenities since I only stood here late at night only to sleep but It would have been nice if the room had a hair blow dryer, the floor needed a mopping, it felt griddy when I took my socks off and definitely change those full size beds to at least queen size.

フロントの方も親切で静かで過ごしやすい環境、行きませんでしたが、近くにマック、10分くらいの場所に大きめなスーパーなどもありました。 ドライヤーはフロントでお借りしました。 夜中よりは早めにシャワーを浴びたほうが水圧が強い様な気がしました。

The cleaning employee took us out of the room at 10:38 a.m. asking if we paid. The employee yelled at us and told me to stay in a better hotel if i dont like it. Very aggressive and rude. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I guess I was expecting more given what Motel 6 used to be. The room was non-smoking but, there were cigarette burns on the tub. The bathroom door was patched up, The heater was on full blast and took a long time for it too cool down. The area itself is a bit depressed which takes away from anything that may be good to see. Overall, pretty dingy and a bit underwhelming for me. I will say, Shirley, who checked me in, was very accommodating and even offered me a different room if I wanted. I'l give it a 2 out 0f 10 for that reason.

We got in at about 730PM. From the ********** app, we hit "Get Directions," which unfortunately took us 13 miles from the hotel; we then put the address of the hotel into the GPS, which was also wrong (but at least much closer). The positives: Check in was simple and easy. The air in the room worked nicely.There was a microwave in the room.The beds were clean and tidy. The negatives: The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which stayed in my hair and clothes for several hours after checking out. For the price, the condition of the room was what I expected. The smoke was NOT acceptable.

I called the property to say I was checking in around 12 Am I had an inconvenience traveling from NY to MA when I arrived they told me they cancelled the reservation and they was not refunding the money because I used a third party . A week already pass and I haven’t heard from ********** neither I tried to get refund And nothing can be done

The motel was meh at best. It was clean enough but our room (238) had patch jobs everywhere and more caulk and layers of sparkle around places than anything should have. There were not ample outlets in the room and one of the lights didn’t work. I wasn’t expecting spectacular but the finished appearance looked like a five year old did the work. Sheets were clean, no stains on towels, floor was swept well and no dust bunnies under the bed. Also know that their door knobs freeze when cold and the front desk had to blow torch heat the door for it to open. Almost didn’t get out in the morning haha.

Unable to open door. 5 different keys failed. Front desk said "keys work, you are doing something wrong" and did not offer a solution. Was about to sleep in my car, but a second employee showed up 2 hours later, found that my door lock was faulty, and fixed it.
