是的,我們乘洛杉磯國際機場的航班,但我們在到達午夜後開車並留在這裏,所以交通幾乎不在那裏。我們很早就出發去洛杉磯國際機場的6點航班,所以交通不在那裏。酒店簡單幹淨;我們大部分時間都在外面和遠方到達目的地。浴室實際上可以使用名利品桌子。早餐是斯巴達式的,至少可以說。但我們真的很享受我們每天的住宿,因爲他們清潔和整理房間。友好的服務。準備好您的身份證。不要期待什麼宏偉的東西;有人告訴我他們曾經是Super 8連鎖店的一部分,但現在是獨立的。我們從未使用過游泳池。我們還看到很多地方去吃飯和購物,非常靠近這家酒店,它有它的一面實際上是在高速公路旁。

非常非常好的地方，酒店很新，2023年才開業，很乾凈，很舒服，也不是很吵，很安靜，早餐還可以，能吃飽，不能保證吃好，酒店價格也不是很貴

It was a great stay the beds are comfortable the staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are very spacious and clean it had everything we needed the suites came with top stove and they works so well we cooked full meals and I loved how we can borrow appliances like blenders waffle makers and more at the front desk we made sopes and empanadas I want to say the best part that i absolutely loved would have to be the soap the have the dove brand for hand soap lotion body wash conditioner and shampoo it was absolutely wonderful to feel like your actually at home

酒店比較新，對着馬路的窗台不能打開但比較隔音。住這裏就圖個周邊配套可以環境新，但是衞生不咋滴，酒店毛巾有很明顯污濁東西粘着，居然沒洗乾淨就給客人用了

The room that they gave us (room # 608) when checking in was very smelly. Besides the smelly room, the room was also missing the fridge and the microwave. When we booked, we booked the Deluxe room with microwave and fridge, and they were not in the room, plus the room was very smelly. So they gave us another room, which is room # 611. Also, we requested housekeeping from the night before, and housekeeping never came the next day. Somehow there's a disconnect between the lobby personnel and the housekeeping personnel. Very disappointed. This hotel is a little run-down now. Not sure if the hotel management even cares! Service is pretty bad, however, breakfast was pretty good. The carpet on the 6th floor was really dirty too, however, they finally steam cleaned it. Also, being a Diamond member does not mean anything to them, because they won't upgrade us to the Suite.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. 這是我住過的汽車旅店中最好的，室內有冰箱，微波爐，及免費提供四袋咖啡。衛生，安靜
