Excellent location! So close to everything in the city centre, we used the valet parking service and didnt take the car out once!, we could easily walk everywhere. We stayed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom suite, which was nice and clean, well appointed, and with a super comfy bed. They even had a wee sewing kit and a toothbrush kit, which are definitely things we've needed on our travels! Facilities in the hotel were great and staff were very friendly and attentive. Quintin from concierge was so helpful, and helped make our stay extra special by organizing wine and platters and delivering balloons to our room for our arrival :) Breakfast was also really yummy. Thank you Fable Christchurch! We really enjoyed our stay :)

Had a great experience at Rosewood Court Motel for 4 nights. The place was cleaned every day to a high standard and very warm. The shower pressure was amazing. A very comfy wee unit that also supplied a lot of cooking utensils and items which is unlike a lot of motels these days. The service was amazing, the host is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone and will be staying here again.
We got a very dirty room. We had to clean the kitchen and floor had chocolate and blood on it. We showed the receptionist and he would inform management. Next day we asked an other receptionist about our complaint and she would also inform management. We also complained by email but no response. For $ 214 a night there are better places to stay and probably you will be heard over there.
Late arrival (after midnight) so enquired as to a later check-out. Despite paying full-price for a room that we only used for less than 11hrs they couldn't (wouldn't?) offer us a late check-out without paying a required fee which passed on. Breakfast also expensive at $35 per person (inc. children) so we missed out this. Room clean with expected amenities although a bit nosey in the morning as we were on the ground floor and there were a group of people chatting loudly outside of the room. Bed nice and comfy though, shower water power disappointing. Customer service on check-in wasn't overly welcoming but the female staff member who we checked out with was informative.
訪訪客Comfortable hotel in Heart of City. Booked a room using points as a Gold Elite. Requested quiet room and was appointed 3rd floor over traffic lights so receptionist kindly moved me to a room on opposite side. It was quiet however the walls are thin and I can hear a lot of noise this morning - a lot of noise. Room service eggs were excellent, as was bar service last night. They know how to make a good drink. I was a bit annoyed as mini bar knocked this am and said she thought there was “no one in the room” whilst I was on a call. Not so professional. Can recommend as a good hotel in Christchurch (I’ve stayed in quite a few)
PPioneer66828706296From the moment we opened the door it reflected warmth and inviting relaxation. The decor was fabulous throughout the complex and the reception area had the feel of a village. The hospitality staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Very deserving of a positive review.
Unfortunately our experience wasn’t as expected after reading the reviews. We booked for a week and left after one night. Our room number was a shabby post-it note sellotaped to the inside of the window which was a sign of things to come. The room was quite tired and in need of an update and it was very unclean. There was someone’s old soap still in the shower and a very dirty looking toilet brush in the corner. We found sticky plates and cutlery, including a dirty cutlery drawer so we had to wash everything, including the drawer before we used anything. Even our tea towel had a big hole in it. These things all added up to make our stay very uncomfortable and need to be addressed.
