The unit was dirty, mould on curtains, bed was so uncomfortable, green mould in shower and water pressure absolutely hopeless! Bare minimum of tea, coffee etc cobwebs the bathroom and heater not working!

Old and run down .Maintenence poor ,not very clean. Could feel springs in the mattress .By a noisy highway Pictures very misleading.

Unaware of long term guests who were noisy, and knocking on doors at night looking for cash and cigarettes.

Motel unit due for some modernization décor needs a refresh. otherwise clean, warm and comfortable

We needed accommodation close to the Hospital and it was only 10 minutes walk through Hagley Park so location wise it was great. The had self check in but I could not log in so had to wait until we could find someone, this problem was not theirs as it was the booking agent. As guest have no contact with staff any problems that you find can not be passed on to staff, our unit had a bathroom heater that didn't work. There were a few issues that may cause problems, the bed seems to be on wheels and rolled around the room if you sat up against the wall and the shower rose was about chest height. Overall the place was acceptable.

Spacious and tidy. Just what we needed. Next to a main road, but it is what it is and we enjoyed our stay.
