We had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check-in was super fast and easy, which we really appreciated after a long drive. The location is perfect... right off I-81, so it was very convenient to get to. Everything was very clean, and the staff was quick to help with anything we needed, like extra towels and forgotten toiletries. The breakfast had something for everyone in the family, and they even continued serving past the listed cut-off time... which was a huge plus for our late risers. Check-out time was a generous 12 PM, which gave us a more relaxed morning. The pool was a big hit with the kids too! We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Ice machine outside elevator on third floor was a definite eye soar. Refrigerator froze drinks with no adjuster. Breakfast was limited and front desk clerk at check in was incorrect on gluten free items.

Excellent Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, had enough choices of food. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again if I was passing through the area.

Wonderful spacious clean room. Great parking and an awesome breakfast. The people at the front desk were very nice and quick. Great Hotel!

The room was excellent and spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was spectacular. I’m picky with coffee and love it so I found it awesome.

Wonderful except no hot water for shower/bath (knob was loose and only gave lukewarm water), told attendant at checkout.

It was a clean, well maintained facility. We enjoyed our two night stay very much! Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly.

We were there for a quick stop on our way home. Staff were VERY pleasant….check in was quick and friendly and the ladies in the breakfast area were soooo friendly! Room was very clean and updated.

Hair all over the shower walls and tub. Rust in the tub. Tub floor also looked very dingy. We put a hand towel in the tub to stand on in order to not be grossed out. Multiple hairs in one of the beds. My daughter didn’t want to sleep in the bed because we weren’t positive the sheets had been cleaned. Gross. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very very friendly. Front desk staff deserve 5 stars.
