辛辛那提萬豪AC酒店(AC Hotel Cincinnati at the Banks)

My family stayed here for a Saturday night quick weekend getaway. The hotel staff and room were nice and as expected. I have to guess that most room locations are good based on others reviews, however, if the room you get is on the far end of the building away from the elevator and overlooking the bar/restaurant area you are in for a very unpleasant surprise. There is a bar below which is really loud until 2am after which bargoers hang around screaming until about 3am. Since it was past 10pm when we realized this I didn't want to bother seeking a room change. The hotel in my opinion should not use these rooms at least without discount or warning. Overall made it the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

We enjoyed a weekend stay in Cincinnati. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is near the baseball and football stadiums, the river, Findlay Market, the art scene and the craft breweries. The hotel is nice. The low service rating is due to the cleaning staff. We asked for our room to be serviced, but the cleaning staff did not show up. We came back to towels on the floor and an unmade bed at 10:00 pm at night, so it was too late to rectify the problem. Otherwise, all was fine.

Really nice hotel, great location. Everyone was helpful. And after a long drive, I was welcomed by an Absolut stand which gave me a sample and then a much-needed free drink

I will definitely be booking all of my future stays while I am in Cincinnati at AC Hotel by Marriott Cincinnati at The Banks. The check in process was flawless, the room was clean and any questions or concerns we had was answered and taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel as the only place to stay while you are in Cincinnati .

Quick little stay-cation, great hotel with plenty of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. We went to a hockey game within 5 minute walk. There was also a rock band playing just a few minutes away also. Valet staff was fast and friendly.

My only issue was that I arrived for check in at 345pm and was told to come back at 4pm which is the actual check in time. It wasn’t a big deal so I went down the street to get snacks for my room but when I visit Hilton hotel in Chicago once a month I’m always allowed to check in early ( usually hours early ) so I just assumed 15 minutes early wasn’t gonna be a big deal

The stay was great. Staff was courteous and respectful. Room was clean. My ONLY complaint is that I booked with the agreement to pay approximately $356 for the night and was charged over $400. I've never had this happen through the Hotels app before, if anything I've been charged less upon arriving to a hotel.

A very nice hotel, great location within walking distance of many things. All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check into our room early, which was very convenient. The only issue we experienced was housekeeping entering our room at 9:30 am when checkout is 11am. I do recommend using the do not disturb sign and the top lock during your stay!

Beautiful and renovated building. Very clean and quiet room. Very friendly staff.
