我們需要睡 5 個人，而折疊式沙發的狀況非常糟糕（床墊很薄，每個彈簧都穿過它），我女兒只是睡在上面作為沙發。幸好她還小，可以做到這一點！但房間大小很好，客戶服務很好（我們沒有和他們一起解決沙發問題，因為已經很晚了），早餐也很好。孩子們喜歡華夫餅吧，裡面有很多配料和生奶油。

嗨，我在辛辛那提漢普頓旅館及套房酒店的住宿體驗不太愉快。入住原定是下午 3:00，我是 3:10 到的，他們說房間還沒準備好，需要 45 分鐘到一個小時。我等了將近 3 個小時，他們仍然沒有房間（這是下午 5:40），而且他們不知道什麼時候有房間。我晚上 7:00 參加了一個活動，詢問我是否可以把東西放在那裡並在活動結束後辦理入住。他們說那就好，到時候房間就準備好了。我晚上 11:40 回來，他們給了我們一個房間，我們到了那裡，房間裡只有 1 張大床（我付了 2 張大床的錢）。我打電話給前台，他們說這是最後一間房間。他們把我的房間給了！我在十二月預訂了這個房間，我的旅行是在七月。我最近在谷歌上查了一些評論，發現這種情況很常見。幫自己一個忙，去不同的飯店。

Good location. Friendly staff. Parking cost is outrageous. Housekeeping was only upon request, however, after request did not do it one day, and only did partial another day.

Definitely the best part of this hotel is the location. I have no complaints, just wasn’t wowed for the price. Oh, they closed the bar, that was disappointing.

sort of minimal hotel in the center of the city; noisy both from the street and from guests enjoying Octoberfest.

No refrigerator, no microwave. $42 to park for one night! Breakfast was mediocre.

We arrived by 6.30pm and it was difficult to find the reception. I had to ask around where the reception was and once I found it on the first floor, no one was there. Called on both side and finally someone came to help me check in. The overall experience was ok. the receptionist the next morning for the check out was nice and the guy on the valet parking was helpful.

Nothing to complain about for the hotel itself besides be prepared to walk when arriving unless you’re doing valet. Parking garage was right around the corner and we never felt unsafe but PG elevator smelled strongly of urine (7th st). Room was very cozy. Breakfast was really good. Staff very nice.

The worst experience I've ever had at a Hampton Inn!! My first night in my room the heat didn't work and they sent a maintenance man to fix it; he could not fix it. They could not move me to another room because the hotel was sold out. He brought a space heater to my room that didn't work! It blew cold air all night long. I was moved to another room the next day but the damage was done; I believe I came down with a cold, I felt terrible the rest of my trip. The pay for parking with no validation or any type of dispensation for paying guests was CRIMINAL!!!! The parking lot was less than 5 yards from the hotel and I had to pay every time I came and went and worst still I was charged $42 a night to park; horrible business practice. I spent over $150 in parking!!!

Easy check-in and checkout, good central location, I was actually able to catch public transit to the airport after.

The room was pretty and spacious and the beds and pillows were super comfy! It was a relaxing night!
