Chose this hotel for the closeness to a function at Figs on Sylvan a little over block away. We were pleasantly surprised at our room and inclusions such as a washing machine in bathroom & a good kitchenette, large fridge ＞great for a longer stay, full size electric stove, all utensils, coffee plunger ect. Lovely view from our unit of the river. Comfortable bed and pillows. Furnishings good for the age of unit. Any traffic noise level was less than we had expected Just 2 let-downs for me ＞ 1. Mould on the bathroom tiles. (Light bleach spray before reg vacuuming to allow a little time to activate weekly , then rinse when finish unit cleaning) -- ＞ 2. Safety concern with a loose power point fitting behind kitchen table. Be aware if room has occupied toddlers or infants crawling.. Would definitely return for another stay in Brisbane. I cannot fault this accomodation! From the friendly welcome and service to the above and beyond service I received after leaving an expensive phone charger/cord behind. The manager ‘Jack’ went out of his way to ‘find’ and ‘organise’ a pick-up for me that I am so grateful for. To find that the wonderful cleaners had taken it to the office was so honest that I would like to say ‘thank you’. The very clean and large Family Studio we had was perfect. Plenty of free parking and a no-fuss check- out. We didn’t have any trouble with noise from either the road or other apartments. Free wi-fi. We weren’t far from the City centre or Southbank. Easy to Uber. Will definitely be coming back. A+

多年來一直住在這裏。我喜歡位置,步行到南岸和這座城市非常方便。我想多年來我一直在每個房間和公寓住。這次真的顯示了房間有多累。免費停車場很棒。免費wifi不可靠,取決於您入住的是哪個房間。工作人員過去總是可愛熱情,現在自助入住和退房都冷冰冰的,不友好。我會推薦西區中央公寓,因爲它的位置很棒,但不要對房間感到興奮

Good quiet location above the railway tracks. This place is tricky to find given the one way streets in this area. A small clean apartment has all you need for a pit stop one night stay. But not really…..one tissue in what should have been a box. Management would not fix this. One face washer between 2 people seems a little stingy. Apart from that the bed is QS and comfy and the bedroom is separate. You cannot do anything more than heat something in the microwave here. It’s a skeleton kitchen with one small ‘sharp’ knife which was extremely blunt and useless. I’ve given this 4 stars but not sure it is deserving of a full 4. It’s a good convenient place to stay but frustrating. The small things just make all the difference in the end!

非常乾淨整潔的房間。美麗的景色。步行即可到達一切,所以沒有試圖找到停車場的壓力。房間很多,牀很舒服。一定會回來的。完全享受我們在布里斯班一號公寓的住宿。

有一説一，收了200刀房間按金到現在都沒有退，房間挺大的，但是房間的床不是很乾凈，訂了八天的房間，第一天醒來鼻子就不舒服，直到離開這個酒店。但是服務很好，門鎖有問題馬上就來修了，前台人員也很禮貌，就是房間衞生和按金問題真的沒道理。

房間很大，設施很齊全，包括烤箱、微波爐、洗衣機等，中午12點就讓我入住了。離南布里斯班火車站不遠，前台接待時間為上午九點到下午五點。
