The Hualien Le Méridien Resort Hotel is the first hot spring resort hotel in the city center, under the high-end Le Méridien brand of Marriott. It combines culture and art, with the building integrating both a hotel and a shopping mall, offering travelers a unique French-style resort experience.
NNanakoMy husband and I had the most incredible stay at Bohemia. It's next to a river with cows and within walking distance to the ocean. They let you use their electric bikes which allows you to explore the city of Hualien like a local (and without the need of an international license since it's not a scooter). The breakfasts were delicious and they accommodated my food restrictions, preparing traditional ********* breakfasts that were gluten and dairy free. The room was luxurious with a balcony with the amazing view of the river and sounds of nature. They also have a great rooftop that you can access and a new massage chair in the lobby. The staff were friendly and made sure that we had an enjoyable stay. We could not recommend this place more and would love to go back!
MMiss ThaiIt is a must visit place ! About 3 hours drive from Taipei. The gorge is a welcome change from the craziness of the City. There are waterfalls that fall straight down, and there are many natural caves. Walk in the planned path, watch the swallows fly past you, watch the water continue to rush down. The end of the heart and eyes are only this amazing landscape, unknowingly has been climbing up. If you have time, take a walk to Taroko National Park. Use your eyes to see the scenery you wouldn't normally see, listen to the sounds of nature, and enjoy the comfort of the whole person bathed in the mountains and waters.
