Excellent stay, the hotel is new and everything is clean and tidy, very nice food too. We had the pleasure to meet kakho’s the hotel owner and he was very kind and nice gentleman, my family loved it there and we will definitely return next year again. I had a nice stay with great amenities, beautiful grounds, a delicious breakfast, and a comfortable bed. However, the service upon arrival and check-in could be more welcoming, and the WiFi signal was weak.

The hotel, its location and amenities, rooms, restaurants and bars, services are superb. The hotel cares about the environment and this is evident in everything. I like the architecture of the hotel located in one of the most beautiful historical estate that is so precious for each Georgian citizen, and the hotel creates harmonious complex with its museums and historical buildings. Rooms and their design is wonderful, the beds (including the additional one for the 3rd guest) are very comfortable. All amenities are also provided to create the comfort and relaxing atmosphere for the visitors and make them better in this luxury. Food in ”Natela” and ”Prince Alexander” are also delicious, the breakfast is one of the best I have experienced in the hotels of this level. Thank you for everything.
